国际化复合型法律人才的培养:现状分析、路径选择及保障机制——以国际模拟法庭竞赛的培训和参赛为例

【摘要】：随着中国法治建设的推进和国际交流的深入,传统的法律人才培养模式已经难以满足社会发展的需要。国际化复合型法律专业人才的培养,成为当前我国亟须解决的问题。但是,师资力量相对不足、"重理论、轻实务"的教学模式等因素,制约了国际化复合型法律人才的培养。国际模拟法庭参赛培训课程,是培养国际化复合型法律人才的重要路径和模式,它能够强化法科学生的法律英语运用能力,锻炼法律思维能力、语言组织能力、逻辑分析能力,培养多学科交叉的知识结构,提升法律实践能力。我们应推进传统教学模式改革,增设国际模拟法庭竞赛的培训课程,强化国际模拟法庭竞赛培训的师资团队整合与建设,建构并强化相关激励机制,并在经费预算方面予以充足的保障。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of China's legal construction and the deepening of international exchanges, the traditional legal personnel training model has been difficult to meet the needs of social development. It has become an urgent problem to solve in our country. However, the relative shortage of teachers and the teaching mode of "attaching importance to theory rather than practice" have restricted the training of internationalized compound legal personnel. It is an important way and mode to train international compound legal talents. It can strengthen the students' ability to use legal English, train their legal thinking ability, language organization ability, logical analysis ability, and cultivate a multi-disciplinary knowledge structure. We should promote the reform of traditional teaching mode, increase the training course of international moot court competition, strengthen the integration and construction of teacher team, and construct and strengthen the relevant incentive mechanism. And in the budget for adequate protection.
