提升高校辅导员宣传思想工作能力的路径研究

【摘要】：高校辅导员是从事大学生思想政治教育工作的中坚力量,其在高校开展宣传思想工作中发挥着不可替代的作用。高校辅导员开展宣传思想工作面临诸多困难,既有复杂多变的外部环境,又有多元开放的互联网时代影响,还有辅导员队伍自身的良莠不齐。提升高校辅导员宣传思想工作能力必须从深化理论武装、提高工作质量、提升职业能力、强化政策落实等几方面着手。只有这样才能充分发挥辅导员的中坚作用,做好高校宣传思想工作。
[Abstract]:College counselors are the backbone of college students' ideological and political education, which plays an irreplaceable role in the propaganda and ideological work of college students. There are not only complex and changeable external environment, but also the influence of multiple and open Internet times, and the intermingling of counselors themselves. To improve the ability of propaganda and ideological work of college counselors, we must deepen the theoretical armed forces and improve the quality of work. Only in this way can we give full play to the backbone role of counselors and do a good job of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities.
