发展视域下拓展性校企合作育人共同体运行机制研究

【摘要】:从当前校企合作存在的主要问题入手,立足于工程实践前沿,以浙江传媒学院运行四年多的由国内高校、国外高校、国内文创企业联合组建的三方合作平台为例,探讨国际交流和市场需求两个维度拓展校企合作育人共同体的现实意义。本文应用系列涉及发展的相关论述明晰行动研究的目的,在分析育人共同体要素和结构的基础上,通过行动研究分别从交流沟通、实践创作、市场对接方面畅通场域供给,从情感体验和职业训练方面保障动力供给,从育人共同体评价和发展评价方面确保评价供给,推动育人共同体的有效运行,实现契合社会需求的应用型人才培养。
[Abstract]:Starting from the main problems existing in the current cooperation between schools and enterprises, and based on the frontier of engineering practice, taking the three-way cooperation platform jointly set up by domestic universities, foreign universities and domestic cultural creation enterprises, which is run by Zhejiang Media Institute for more than four years, as an example. This paper explores the practical significance of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in educating people from the two dimensions of international exchange and market demand. This paper applies a series of related discussions related to development to clarify the purpose of action research, and on the basis of analyzing the elements and structure of the community, Through action research, the field supply is unblocked from the aspects of communication, practical creation, market connection, emotional experience and vocational training to ensure power supply, evaluation of community education and development evaluation to ensure evaluation supply. To promote the effective operation of the Community of Education, to achieve the social needs of the application of talent training.
