新疆高校大学生创业意识现状及对策研究

【摘要】：当今我国经济不断发展,市场竞争日益激烈,使得毕业生的就业途径与机会发生了很大的变化。在我国,高等教育的趋势是越来越“大众化”,大学生的就业形势变得越来越严峻。高校大学生是国家培养的高层次的人才,同时是科教兴国的重要力量。对于大学生是否可以充分就业,一方面关系到大学生本身的利益,另一方面也在很大程度上影响我国经济可持续发展与社会的稳定发展。大学生创业是主动参与社会竞争的一种新的方式,同时也是择业途径的良性发展。本研究首先从心理学角度去界定意识的概念,对创业、创业意识、大学生创意意识进行理论梳理;其次是以新疆大学,新疆师范大学,新疆医科大学,新疆农业大学,新疆财经大学等五大院校本科生为研究对象进行开放式问卷调查,了解新疆高校大学生创业意识状况,并对影响大学生创业意识的主要因素进行深入的分析。再次,通过认真分析影响大学生创业意识的主要因素,提出提升新疆高校大学生创业意识的针对性对策和建议。本研究主要由四部分组成:第一部分:绪论;论述选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究的重点,难点及本研究的创新点。第二部:分核心概念界定;意识、创业意识、生创业意识。第三部分:新疆高校大学生创业意识现状调查与分析;新疆高校大学生创业意识的调研、新疆高校大学生创业意识的现状分析、新疆高校大学生创业意识影响因素分析。第四部分:提升新疆高校大学生创业意识的对策研究。一是转变传统就业观念,积极参与创业实践活动;二是积极营造有利于大学生创业氛围;三是不断提升创业教育观念,建立建设学校的创业教育机制;四是完善大学生自主参与保障机制;五是榜样引领,强化创业带动就业。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the market, great changes have taken place in the ways and opportunities of employment for graduates. The trend of higher education is more and more "popular", and the employment situation of college students becomes more and more serious. College students are high level talents trained by the country, at the same time, they are important forces in rejuvenating the country through science and education. On the one hand, it concerns the interests of college students themselves, on the other hand, it also affects the sustainable economic development and the stable development of our society to a large extent. College students' entrepreneurship is a new way to actively participate in social competition. At the same time, it is also a healthy development of career choice. Firstly, this study defines the concept of consciousness from a psychological point of view, combs the concept of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial awareness, and creative consciousness of college students; secondly, it is based on Xinjiang University, Xinjiang normal University, Xinjiang normal University. The undergraduates of Xinjiang Medical University, Xinjiang Agricultural University and Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics conducted an open questionnaire survey to understand the status of entrepreneurship awareness among university students in Xinjiang. And the main factors that affect the entrepreneurial consciousness of college students are deeply analyzed. Thirdly, through the careful analysis of the main factors that affect the entrepreneurial awareness of college students, This research mainly consists of four parts: the first part: introduction, the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the focus of the research. The second part: the definition of core concepts; consciousness, entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial awareness. Part III: Xinjiang University students entrepreneurship awareness investigation and analysis; Xinjiang University students entrepreneurial awareness survey. An Analysis of the present situation of University students'Entrepreneurship consciousness in Xinjiang, and an Analysis of the influencing factors of the Entrepreneurship Awareness of University students in Xinjiang. Part 4th: countermeasures to promote the Entrepreneurship consciousness of University students in Xinjiang. Actively participate in entrepreneurial practice; second, actively create an atmosphere conducive to entrepreneurship of college students; third, constantly improve the concept of entrepreneurship education, establish a school entrepreneurship education mechanism; fourth, improve the guarantee mechanism of college students' independent participation; Fifth, lead by example, strengthen entrepreneurship to promote employment.
