大学生情商培养策略研究

【摘要】：现今社会,各类竞争日益激烈,社会对人才的要求也越来越多元化,单纯依靠智力已经无法很好地适应社会快速发展与时代发展潮流。现代高素质人才不仅要具备较高的专业知识与专业技能,还要具备较高的情商水平。截至目前,我国从国外引进情商及相关理论才20年左右的时间,由于时间尚短,因此对情商的相关研究大多还处于起步阶段,对具体如何培养并提高学生情商的实践研究更是有限。情商是一个人综合素质的重要方面,情商和情商培养已经引起了国内外社会各界的广泛关注与高度重视。我国高校要培养社会和时代需要的新型人才,对大学生情商的培养必不可少。于此,本研究在全面梳理国内外有关情商和情商培养相关文献的基础上,主要采用文献分析法和调查法两种研究方法,对当前我国大学生的情商水平及高校对大学生情商培养的现状进行了较为系统、深入的研究,最终提出了高校要培养大学生情商当遵循的四大原则和实施策略,以期为培养并提高我国大学生的情商做出一点微不足道的贡献。本文主要由绪论、正文和结语三大板块构成。在绪论部分,主要介绍本文的研究背景,提出对大学生情商及情商培养策略进行研究的必要性和意义,梳理、归纳目前国内外关于情商及情商培养策略的相关研究成果,阐明本研究的目的与意义、思路与方法、以及重点与难点,并对本研究所涉及的核心概念进行界定。正文是本文的核心,由五大部分构成:首先,具体阐释了高情商的特点及情商高低的主要影响因素;其次,从哲学、心理学的角度分析了大学生情商培养的相关理论依据;再次,论述了大学生情商培养的五个构成维度;然后,对当前我国大学生情商和情商培养的现状进行了调查,发现当前我国绝大部分大学生的总体情商水平相对较低,问题突出,与此同时,高校在大学生情商培养方面还存在着认识有限、重视不够、针对不强、实施困难等问题,并对所产生问题的原因进行了详细的分析;最后,本研究主要从学校的角度对大学生情商培养的原则和策略进行了探究,指出我国高校要在以人为本、情智统一、长期持久、知行结合这四项原则的指导之下,主要从树立情商教育理念、重塑情商教学内容、丰富情商教学形式、建构情商评价体系、拓宽情商培养环境、健全情商培养保障这六个方面采取措施,以此培养并提高我国大学生的情商。结语部分论及了本研究的结论及后续研究的设想。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the competition of all kinds is becoming increasingly fierce, and the demands of the society for talents are becoming more and more diversified. Relying on intelligence alone has not been able to adapt to the rapid development of society and the trend of development of the times. Modern high-quality talents must not only have higher professional knowledge and professional skills, but also have a higher level of emotional intelligence. It is only about 20 years since the introduction of EQ and related theories from foreign countries in China. Because the time is still short, most of the researches on EQ are still in its infancy. The practical research on how to cultivate and improve students'EQ is even more limited. EQ is an important aspect of a person's comprehensive quality. The cultivation of EQ and EQ has attracted wide attention from all walks of life both at home and abroad. In order to cultivate the new talents needed by the society and the times, colleges and universities in our country are indispensable to the cultivation of EQ of college students. On the basis of combing the literature about EQ and EQ cultivation at home and abroad, this study mainly adopts two research methods: literature analysis method and investigation method. This paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the level of EQ of college students in China and the current situation of EQ cultivation in colleges and universities, and finally puts forward four principles and implementing strategies to cultivate EQ of college students. This paper mainly consists of introduction, text and conclusion. In the introduction part, it mainly introduces the research background of this paper. This paper puts forward the necessity and significance of the research on EQ and EQ training strategies of college students, combs it, summarizes the relevant research results of EQ and EQ training strategies at home and abroad, and clarifies the purpose and significance, ideas and methods of this research. The main body is the core of this paper, which is composed of five parts: firstly, it explains the characteristics of high EQ and the main influencing factors of EQ. From the perspective of psychology, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students' emotional quotient; thirdly, discusses the five dimensions of the cultivation of college students' emotional quotient; then, it investigates the current situation of college students' emotional quotient and emotional quotient cultivation in our country. It is found that the general EQ level of most college students in our country is relatively low, and the problems are prominent. At the same time, there are still some problems in college students'EQ training, such as limited understanding, insufficient attention, weak implementation and so on. Finally, this study mainly explores the principles and strategies of college students'EQ training from the school perspective, and points out that colleges and universities in our country should be people-oriented, the unity of feeling and wisdom, long-term and lasting. Under the guidance of the four principles, we should set up the concept of EQ education, reshape the EQ teaching content, enrich the EQ teaching form, construct the EQ evaluation system, and broaden the EQ training environment. In order to cultivate and improve the EQ of college students in China, the conclusion part discusses the conclusion of this study and the assumption of the following research.
