基于Hicks—Moorsteen指数的中国高等教育效率研究

【摘要】:基于Hicks—Moorsteen全要素生产率指数对我国31个省份高等教育效率和生产率的变化进行评价。结果表明,2008-2013年全国高等教育整体全要素生产率较高,均值为0.8146,年均增长率为1.29%,技术进步指数是我国高等教育效率提高的主要原因;东中西部TFP值分别为0.8605、0.8167和0.7611,呈阶梯式下降,区域性差异明显。因此,为提高高等教育的公平和效率,应加大各地区间的协同效应,加大中西部地区高等教育弱势省份资源投入,促进区域间的合作和交流,改善区域间发展的不均衡。
[Abstract]:To evaluate the changes of Hicks Moorsteen total factor productivity index of the 31 provinces of China's higher education based on efficiency and productivity. The results showed that 2008-2013 years of higher education nationwide total factor productivity is higher, the mean was 0.8146, the average annual growth rate of 1.29%, the index of technical progress is the main reason for the increase of China's higher education efficiency; the East and the west the TFP values were 0.8605,0.8167 and 0.7611, is stepped down, obvious regional difference. Therefore, in order to improve the fairness and efficiency of higher education, should increase the synergies between different regions, increase the investment of higher education resources in the western area of the disadvantaged provinces, promote cooperation and exchanges between regions, improving regional development is not balanced.
