积极心理学视域下农村大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:来自于农村的大学生是高校中一类特殊的群体,他们中的大多数人从小生活在比较朴素、单纯甚至艰苦的环境中,因此他们在长期生活中形成了更加坚韧、勤劳和朴实的性格。但与此同时,由于生活环境的差异,农村大学生相对于城市大学生,在入学后面临新的学习和生活环境时往往在学习、生活、人际交往、就业乃至于自我认知等方面更容易产生不适应感。这些造成了农村大学生在思想上的巨大负担,如果得不到合适的引导和解决,这种过重的负担对于还处于成长期的农村大学生来说,将直接影响到他们在大学中的成长,更深入地说,还关系到农村大学生家庭乃至于家族的命运。但是,在当前的大学生思想政治教育工作中,对于农村大学生这一特殊群体的关注和研究还不够,以致许多大学思想政治教育成为“千人一面”的机械化工作,难以因时因地因人制宜地针对农村大学生所面临的各种问题进行干预和引导,更加难以激发农村大学生的自信和动力。因此,针对农村大学生思想政治教育的研究是一项有意义且紧迫的工作。积极心理学是在上世纪九十年代兴起的一种强调从积极、发展和开放的态度去观察和解释人的潜能和心理动态的心理学发展新方向。积极心理学认为应当通过发现和强调个体能力、提升个体主观幸福感等方式来激发个体自身的积极性和优秀潜能,从而使得个体能够往积极的方面不断发展。积极心理学的理念和方法对当前我国农村大学生思想政治教育有很好的借鉴和应用价值。一方面能够挖掘出农村大学生身上业已形成的不畏困难、敢于奉献和艰苦朴素的优良特质;另一方面,促进农村大学生积极、乐观、健康地学习和生活,也符合我国思想政治教育对人才培养的要求。总之,将积极心理学引入到农村大学生思想政治教育中,能够更好地帮助农村大学生形成积极健康的世界观、人生观和价值观,并解决当前农村大学生思想政治教育中所面临的一些问题。本文的研究主要分为四个部分:第一部分是导论。主要阐述了研究的目的与意义,国内外对积极心理学和农村大学生思想政治教育的研究成果,以及本文的研究思路、研究方法和创新之处。第二部分是对农村大学生思想政治教育状况的分析。主要分析了农村大学生的生活、学习、性格、人际交往、就业意向等方面的特点与问题,以及当前农村大学生思想政治教育中存在的问题及其主要因素的影响。第三部分是对积极心理学的理论及其与农村大学生思想政治教育的关系进行揭示。主要阐述了积极心理学的兴起与发展、主要理论与方法,提出了积极心理学与农村大学生思想政治教育在理念、内容、方法和对象等方面的契合性特点。第四部分是从积极心理学的视角研究农村大学生思想政治教育的具体实施策略。主要立足于积极心理学的主要理论与方法,从提升农村大学生思想政治教育的方法、内容和环境等方面提出培养农村大学生积极情绪体验、积极人格品质和积极组织系统的策略。
[Abstract]:From rural students is a special group in Colleges and universities, most of them live in relatively simple, simple and hard environment, so they formed in the long-term life more resilient, hardworking and down-to-earth personality. But at the same time, due to differences in living environment, rural students compared to students in the city, facing the new environment of learning and living in the school behind often in learning, life, interpersonal relationships, employment and self cognition more prone to discomfort. These caused a huge burden of rural students in mind, if it is not appropriate to guide and solve, the heavy burden for the rural areas the growth of college students, they will directly affect the University's growth, further, but also related to the students' families in rural areas and even the fate of the family but, In the ideological and political education work in the current, for this special group of college students in rural areas of concern and research is not enough, so that the ideological and political education, many universities become mechanized work face, it is difficult to guide the person for the time due to various problems faced by rural college students and intervention, more difficult to stimulate the rural college students confidence and power. Therefore, the research on the Rural Ideological and political education of college students is a significant and urgent work. Positive psychology is in a strong tone century from 90s actively, develop and open attitude to observe and explain the psychology and psychological dynamics of human potential. The new direction for the development of positive psychology thought should be through the discovery and the emphasis on individual ability, enhance the individual subjective well-being and other ways to stimulate their enthusiasm and excellent individual The potential, so as to make the individual to the positive aspects of the development. The ideas and methods of positive psychology has a very good reference and application value for the current rural ideological and political education of college students. On the one hand to dig out the rural college students who formed the difficulties, dare to sacrifice good qualities and plain living; on the other hand, the promotion of rural college students' positive, optimistic, healthy life and study, also in line with China's ideological and political education to cultivate qualified personnel. In short, positive psychology into the ideological and political education of college students in rural areas, to help rural students to form positive and healthy world outlook, outlook on life and values, and solve some problems faced with the current rural students' Ideological and political education. This paper is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction mainly expounds the research purpose. The significance, the domestic and foreign researches on positive psychology and the ideological and political education of college students, as well as the research ideas, research methods and innovations. The second part is the analysis of the status of Ideological and political education of college students in rural areas. The main analysis of the rural students' life, learning, personality, interpersonal communication, characteristics and problems of employment intention so, as well as the influence and the main factors of the current ideological and political education in rural areas the problem of college students. The third part is the revelation of the theory of positive psychology and its relationship with the Rural Ideological and political education. Mainly expounds the rise and development of positive psychology, the main theories and methods put forward the positive psychology and rural college students political education in concept, content, methods and other aspects of the object correspondence characteristics. The fourth part is from positive psychology view The specific implementation strategy angle on Rural Ideological and political education of college students. The main theories and methods mainly based on positive psychology, the method to improve the ideological and political education of rural students, the content and environmental aspects of the training of rural college students' positive emotional experience, positive personality and positive organizational system strategy.
