【摘要】:高等学校是培养社会所需人才、服务社会、推动科技创新和文化繁荣发展的重要阵地。1新疆高校还承担着去极端化、反分裂的艰巨任务。教师是高校最宝贵的资源,高校赖之以生、学术赖之以强。而青年教师是高校教师群体中最具活力和潜力的部分,其发展潜力和教学科研能力直接决定着高校教师的水平。职业生涯规划为青年教师的发展注入新的动力,在个人职业发展、高校建设发展和西部地区高等教育发展方面提供合理、理性的发展方向。本文在研究内容上划分为七个部分:第一部分的绪论,从青年教师个人层面、高校发展和西部地区高等教育发展和高校全面深化改革层面阐释了本文的选题背景和意义,整合国内外学者的研究成果并阐述评价,形成适合本文的组成结构和研究方法。第二部分重点阐述职业生涯规划的理论基础,以相关概念界定和理论依据为两大基础。第三部分就新疆高校的青年教师职业生涯规划现状为主体,分析青年教师的职业生涯规划状况,并从中找出不足、发现问题。第四、五部分就整合所存在的问题进行了原因分析,涉及青年教师自身的职业规划认识不足、高校的职业规划保障不全面以及相关政策的缺失。第六部分为经验借鉴,学习国外大学在岗位设置、选聘和组织机构方面的经验以及国内中南大学、江西理工大学在职业生涯规划方面的经验,然后尽可能的将适合新疆高校的经验改良应用。第七部分对新疆高校青年教师的职业生涯规划提出几点建议。愿新疆高等教育在不久的将来,结构更加合理,特色更加鲜明,建成一批国际知名、有特色、高水平的高等学校,争创一流,为提升我国综合国力贡献力量。
[Abstract]:Colleges and Universities are an important position in cultivating the talents needed by the society, serving the society, promoting the scientific and technological innovation and the prosperous development of culture. 1. Xinjiang colleges and universities are also undertaking the arduous task of deextremism and anti-division. Teachers are the most precious resources of colleges and universities. Young teachers are the most dynamic and potential part of the group of university teachers. The development potential and the ability of teaching and research directly determine the level of college teachers. The development of colleges and universities and the development of higher education in the western region provide a reasonable and rational direction of development. This paper is divided into seven parts in the content of the research: the introduction of the first part, from the individual level of young teachers, The development of colleges and universities, the development of higher education in the western region and the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities explain the background and significance of this paper, integrate the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and expound the evaluation. The second part focuses on the theoretical basis of career planning. The third part analyzes the status quo of young teachers' career planning in Xinjiang colleges and universities, and finds out the shortcomings and problems. The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the integration, including the lack of understanding of the young teachers' own career planning, the incomplete career planning of colleges and universities, and the lack of relevant policies. To study the experience of foreign universities in the field of job establishment, recruitment and organization, as well as the experience of China's Central South University and Jiangxi University of Technology in career planning, The seventh part puts forward some suggestions on the career planning of young teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities. May higher education in Xinjiang be more rational in structure and distinctive in its characteristics in the near future. To build a group of internationally famous, characteristic, high-level institutions of higher learning, striving for first-class, contributing to the overall national strength of our country.
