高校思想政治理论教育内容与组织形式研究

【摘要】:习近平总书记指出:意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作,高校应当成为学习研究宣传马克思主义的重要阵地,加强和改进高校思想政治工作必须深化马克思主义理论教育,围绕立德树人根本任务,强化学生思想理论教育和价值引导。加强和改进高校思想政治理论教育,对于巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域指导思想地位、坚守社会主义大学办学方向、培育社会主义建设者和接班人而言,是一项铸魂工程、固本工程和战略工程。在此意义上讲,将高校思想政治理论教育的内容统整与组织形式创新作为研究课题,着力探寻和构建资源整合、点位强化、合力协同的思想政治理论教育教学环境,对于做好新时期高校意识形态工作,完成立德树人根本任务,具有重要的理论支撑和实践参考价值。思想政治理论教育的本质追求是铸魂育人。高校思想政治理论教育是在高校开展的,通过思想政治理论课系统灌输和日常思想政治教育持续感染,从而实现知识武装人、理论掌握人、思想塑造人的铸魂育人活动。思想政治理论教育的有效推进需要依托思想政治理论课主渠道和日常思想政治教育主阵地作用的充分发挥,前者解决思想政治理论的系统灌输和规范教育问题,后者则通过感染触动对理论教育进行补充和巩固。而主渠道与主阵地的有效利用则需要依赖内容体系的整体构建和组织形式的联动统合,内容体系的整体构建就是探讨“教什么”的问题,即通过将教育内容以基础理论层、价值引导层、行为培育层、底蕴凝积层统整布局后实现教育目标与教育内容的整合;组织形式的联动统合则是探讨“怎么教”的问题,即通过教育手段的创新和教育载体的整合实现马克思主义理论知识体系向思想政治理论教育实践体系的良好转化。基于此,本文把研究思路设计如下:通过对高校思想政治理论教育系统整体的分析研究,将实效性的突破锁定在两个点位上,一是思想政治理论课和日常思想政治教育内容体系的整体构建,二是思想政治理论课和日常思想政治教育组织形式的联动统合,期望通过这两个点位的整合实现高校思想政治理论教育的整体布局和创新推进。本文在引言部分交代了研究缘起、研究现状、研究思路和研究方法,之后通过五章分别从范畴界定、内容变化、内容统整、组织形式发展、组织形式整合展开论述与研究。第一章是对与研究相关的基本概念及范畴的厘清与界定,一是对思想政治理论教育的内涵、特征、维度进行了分析,确定思想政治理论教育是通过思想政治理论课系统灌输和日常思想政治教育持续感染,从而实现知识武装人、理论掌握人、思想塑造人的铸魂育人活动;二是基于中央大宣传、大思政背景下的高校思政理论教育整体性相关问题的厘清,对于整体性、整体布局的基本遵循做以说明;三是将内容和组织形式作为思想政治理论教育整体推进的两个突破点,并对二者的范畴及关系做以说明。第二章和第三章分别从高校思想政治理论教育内容的历史考察和现实突破两个角度进行研究。第二章对内容变化的发展脉络、影响因素、历史经验予以考察,第三章则通过对当前对高校思想政治理论教育的内容考察和原则析理,将内容体系构建为基础理论层、价值引导层、行为培育层、底蕴凝积层四个层次,并对四个层次及每个层次的内部结构关系进行分析。第四章和第五章则分别从高校思想政治理论教育组织形式的历史考察和现实创新两个角度进行研究。第四章同样也以历史为脉络,对影响因素和历史经验进行了总结和归纳。第五章则在现状考察的基础上,对当前高校思想政治理论教育组织形式和改进原则进行了总结,并期望通过灌输与渗透的融合、情境与提升的结合、仪式与感染的互动、引导与跟从的协同实现方法改进,通过教学类载体、活动类载体和网络类载体的有效利用实现载体的融合发展。
