【摘要】:推进创业教育已成为我国高等教育改革发展的重要内容。目前,我国各个高校都在探索自己的道路加强自身在创新创业教育领域的地位,但并没有出现榜样式的范例。中国的高校创业教育尚在青涩时期,是一个全新的领域,许多方面还有待探究。而创业教育在美国高校的发展历史较长,创业教育自开展以来一直处于世界顶尖水平,在促进其经济社会发展等方面具有重要意义。因此,其高校创业教育的历史和经验对我国的创业教育具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。本论文运用文献研究法、个案分析法等方法,对美国高校开展创业教育过程中取得卓越成就的百森商学院展开全面、系统的研究,总结其宝贵的经验,为我国高校开展创业教育提供范例和榜样。本论文共由五个部分组成:第一部分主要从发展背景和发展历程方面梳理了百森商学院开展创业教育的历史条件。百森商学院创业教育的发展背景包括社会历史大背景和学校内部变革。有关发展历程着重介绍了百森商学院自建校以来在发展创业教育的领域所做的努力和取得的成就。通过梳理它的发展过程,归纳出其在创业开展过程中经历的四个阶段并总结出这些阶段的特点。第二部分主要研究了百森商学院创业教育的实施状况。本部分从教育理念与目标、课程体系、师资力量和教学方法等方面来分析梳理了百森商学院创业教育的实施现状。第三部分重点分析了百森商学院在创业教育领域开展的研究活动,这些研究活动在百森创业教育的发展过程中发挥着重要的支持作用,主要有百森—考夫曼研究大会和《创业前沿研究》、全球创业观察(GEM)以及普瑞斯—百森伙伴项目。这些有关创业的研究活动和项目对百森商学院创业教育的发展起了重要的支撑作用,是推动百森商学院创业教育发展的不竭动力。第四部分分析介绍了百森商学院在创业教育方面的一些特色项目,这些创业教育项目是百森商学院有别于其他高校的重要标志,是百森商学院独具特色又保持领先的一部分,是百森商学院的独创项目。第五部分通过对我国高校创业教育现存问题的分析和总结,参照百森商学院创业教育的经验,所得到的启示和对应的措施。
[Abstract]:Promoting entrepreneurship education has become an important part of the reform and development of higher education in China. At present, every university in our country is exploring its own way to strengthen its position in the field of innovative entrepreneurship education. But there is no example of the role model. Entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities is still in its early years, which is a new field, and many aspects need to be explored. The history of entrepreneurship education in American colleges and universities is relatively long. Entrepreneurship education has been at the highest level in the world since its inception, and is of great significance in promoting its economic and social development. The history and experience of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities have important reference significance and reference value for entrepreneurship education in our country. To carry out a comprehensive and systematic study of the Benson Business School, which has made outstanding achievements in the process of undertaking entrepreneurship education in American colleges and universities, and sum up its valuable experience. This thesis is composed of five parts: the first part mainly combs the historical conditions of Bessen business school to carry out entrepreneurship education from the development background and the development course. The development background of entrepreneurship education in Sen business school includes the social and historical background and the changes within the school. The development course of the business school is mainly introduced in the field of development of entrepreneurship education since the establishment of the Bessen business school. Achievement. By combing its development, The second part mainly studies the implementation situation of Bessen Business School's entrepreneurship education. These entrepreneurial research activities and projects have contributed to the development of entrepreneurship education at the Benson Business School. The fourth part analyzes and introduces some characteristic projects of Benson Business School in the field of entrepreneurship education, which are the important symbols of Bessen Business School being different from other colleges and universities. The fifth part, through the analysis and summary of the existing problems in entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, refers to the experience of entrepreneurship education in Bessen Business School.
