医学本科生医患沟通能力现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:目的:医患沟通作为医生和患者建立良好医患关系重要方式,是缓解目前较为紧张的医患关系的有效途径,越来越受到了医疗机构和医学教育机构的重视。建立良好的医患关系,不仅是医患双方的愿望,同时也是医疗服务、医疗管理部门等多方面的共同要求。医学本科生是医生的后备力量,掌握其医患沟通能力现状并有针对性的提出提高医学本科生医患沟通能力具有很好的现实意义。方法:本文首先从研究的背景及意义进行论述,剖析研究医患关系和医学本科生具有医患沟通能力的重要意义,通过汇总、整理、收集、比较、选定测评量表,测评我国医学本科生医患沟通能力现状,针对问题提出对策。文献资料法:通过广泛搜集国内外相关医患沟通能力的研究、培养等方面的文献,进行整理归纳总结和描述性分析。从基础理论知识作为切入点并汇集相关方面的内容;再次,利用数据源对数据库文献进行二次分析。走访询问法:通过走访、调查辽宁省的医学本科生,了解医学生对医生职业的认同感与医患沟通能力的认识情况。问卷调查(观察)法:通过对调查对象进行SEGUE问卷现场的观察测评,掌握医学本科生医患沟通能力情况。统计分析法:通过EXCEL2007建立起数据库,应用数据录入软件包(SPSS22.0),采用Pearson相关分析、信度检验。分析我国医学本科生医患沟通能力不强的原因及对策研究。结论:1)我国医学本科生医患沟通能力亟待提高。2)临床实习对提高医患沟通能力有意义。3)年级、性别、生源、文理科学生医患沟通技能存在差异,在提高学生医患沟通能力过程中可进行差异化培养。4)提升职业认同感对提高医患沟通能力有意义,因此通过提高医学生的职业认同感,促进医患沟通教育。5)医患沟通能力培养应融入到医学教育整个培养过程中来。建议:医学院校系统开展医患沟通教学,把提高医患沟通能力作为合格医学生培养目标之一,并根据教学进程,把医患沟通培养系统的融入到各阶段的医学生培养计划中。以切实提高医学本科生医患沟通能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: as an important way for doctors and patients to establish good doctor-patient relationship, doctor-patient communication is an effective way to alleviate the current tense doctor-patient relationship. More and more attention has been paid by medical institutions and medical education institutions. Establishing a good doctor-patient relationship is not only the wish of both doctors and patients, but also the medical service. Medical management departments and other aspects of the common requirements. Medical undergraduates are doctors' backup force, It is of great practical significance to grasp the present situation of doctor-patient communication ability of medical undergraduates and to improve the doctor-patient communication ability of medical undergraduates. Methods: firstly, this paper discusses the background and significance of the research. This paper analyzes the significance of studying the relationship between doctors and patients and the ability of medical undergraduates to communicate with doctors and patients. Through collecting, arranging, collecting, comparing, selecting and evaluating scales, the present situation of communication ability between doctors and patients of medical undergraduates in China is evaluated. In the process of improving students' doctor-patient communication ability, different cultivation can be carried out in the process of improving students' doctor-patient communication ability. 4) promoting professional identity is of significance for improving doctor-patient communication ability. Therefore, by improving the professional identity of medical students and promoting doctor-patient communication education. 5) the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability should be integrated into the whole training process of medical education. To improve doctor-patient communication ability as one of the objectives of qualified medical students, and according to the teaching process, the doctor-patient communication training system into the various stages of medical students training plan, in order to effectively improve the doctor-patient communication ability of medical undergraduates.
