【摘要】：开展贫困生"精准资助"工作,就是要精准识别贫困生、精准把握贫困生的需求、建立精准资助机制、实施精准化资助管理,解决贫困生的经济困难精神匮乏、学习吃力、能力不足等实际困难,有利于发挥资助助人与育人的双重功效,是高校创新工作举措和完善资助体系的实际需要,也是促进教育公平和践行中国梦的重要举措。
[Abstract]:The practical difficulties, such as insufficient ability, are conducive to giving full play to the dual functions of aiding and educating people.
