高校隐性思想政治教育路径研究

【摘要】：高校是培养高素质人才的重要阵地,高校思想政治教育是人才队伍建设的根本保证。当前社会环境变化深刻而复杂,大学生的思想特征变化明显,传统的显性教育方式已难得独立地满足教育目标和要求。因此,在新形势下,探寻“显隐”配合的新型思想政治教育模式显得尤为重要。隐性思想政治教育作为思想政治理论体系中的重要组成部分,其教育目的的潜隐性、教育方式的渗透性、教育载体的灵活性等特征,使其有效地补充了显性思想政治教育的不足之处,逐渐引起相关研究者与教育者的关注与讨论。如何科学拓宽教育路径,切实增强思想政治工作实效性是当前我国思想政治教育亟待解决的重要问题。目前,高校隐性思想政治教育理论研究受到了关注,实践活动也逐步开展,其教育价值也逐渐被认同和接受,教育过程也取得了一定成效,但同时也存在许多因素影响其发展和进步,学术界开展了相关研究活动,但研究成果不够系统和科学,在具体实施过程中也遇到了一定瓶颈。因此,本文从内涵和作用机理入手,围绕高校隐性思想政治教育的现状及问题,探寻完善高校隐性思想政治教育的可行性路径。首先,在前人研究的基础上,阐释了高校隐性思想政治教育的相关概念、特征和功能;其次,从必要性与作用机理角度对其进行了分析归纳;再次,通过大量资料和走访调研,详细分析了现阶段教育的相关成效与现实问题;最后,本文在综合上述分析的基础上,提出了我国高校隐性思想政治教育实施的可行性路径,即:树立科学先进的教育理念,合理拓展和优化相关教育资源,建立健全教育的长效机制,注重结合多方面教育力量形成合力。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are important positions for cultivating high quality talents, and ideological and political education is the fundamental guarantee for the construction of talents.The current social environment is profound and complex, the ideological characteristics of college students change obviously, the traditional dominant education method has rarely met the educational goals and requirements independently.Therefore, in the new situation, it is particularly important to explore the new mode of ideological and political education.As an important part of the ideological and political theory system, the recessive ideological and political education is characterized by its latent purpose, the penetration of educational methods, the flexibility of educational carriers, and so on.It effectively complements the deficiency of explicit ideological and political education and gradually attracts the attention and discussion of relevant researchers and educators.How to expand the educational path scientifically and enhance the actual effect of ideological and political work is an important problem to be solved urgently in China's ideological and political education.At present, the theory research of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been paid close attention to, the practical activities have been carried out step by step, its educational value has been gradually recognized and accepted, and the educational process has made some achievements.But at the same time, there are many factors that affect its development and progress. The academic circles have carried out related research activities, but the research results are not systematic and scientific, so they also meet certain bottlenecks in the concrete implementation process.Therefore, this article starts with the connotation and the function mechanism, revolves around the university recessive ideological and political education present situation and the question, explores the consummation university recessive ideological and political education the feasible path.First of all, on the basis of previous studies, it explains the related concepts, characteristics and functions of implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Secondly, it is analyzed and summarized from the perspective of necessity and mechanism. Thirdly, through a large number of materials and visits to research,Finally, on the basis of synthesizing the above analysis, this paper puts forward the feasible way to implement the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country, that is, to set up scientific and advanced educational concept.Reasonable expansion and optimization of relevant educational resources, establishment of a sound long-term mechanism of education, focusing on the combination of various educational forces to form a joint force.
