服务学习在我国高校思想政治理论课中的实施策略研究

【摘要】:面向世界、面向未来、面向现代化,是思想政治教育发展的必然趋势。服务学习(Service-Learning)契合思想政治教育发展“三面向”趋势。它发源、发展、成熟于美国,己被世界各发达国家和地区如英国、法国、加拿大、新加坡、日本,台湾、香港等广泛应用于教育领域。服务学习是融学生学习取向、学校教育取向、社会需求取向为一体的实践教学方式,既可作为高校学生专业课程的教学载体,与学科教育结合形成专业性服务学习;又可作为旨在提升高校学生综合素质的非专业性服务学习。实践性、自主性、反思性、互惠性、发展性、创造性是其基本特性,其中互惠性是根本特征。本文从教学目标、教学分类,教学组织,教学评价、发展历程及国内外践行情况等角度深入剖析服务学习,了解和把握服务学习发展最完善国家的服务学习情况,为本文的研究重点奠定基础。发展成熟于西方的服务学习在我国高校思想政治理论课中是否具有茁壮的水分与土壤?这是在探讨实施策略前不可回避的问题。服务学习作为思想政治理论课教学方式,是符合教育趋势的中国特色选择,不仅助于社会教学资源在思想政治理论课教学中的有效利用,而且有利于破解思想政治理论课实践教学难于组织、难于常态化及难于真实化的困境;实现了教学主体由“他”者向“我”者的身份转化,教学过程从一次性活动向持续性活动的转换,教学管理从单向管理向共同管理转换,教学考核由一维评价向二维评价的转换。基于高校思想政治理论教育发展的客观需要,本文以服务学习在我国高校思想政治理论课中的实施策略研究为重点,在第三、四、五章节分别以独立章节的形式,从教学引导:推广服务学习的“助力器”;社区组织:实施服务学习的“在场域”;制度支撑:服务学习发展的“可持续”等阐述,并对每一章节的核心论点结合实践案例加以论证,让充满生机、活力的服务学习为我国高校思想政治理论课教育发展注入新鲜血液。
[Abstract]:Facing the world, facing the future, facing the modernization, is the inevitable trend of the development of Ideological and political education. Service learning (Service-Learning) with the development of "Ideological and political education for three" trend. Practice, autonomy, reflection, reciprocity, development, creativity is its basic characteristic, which is the fundamental characteristic of reciprocity. In this paper, from the teaching objectives, teaching classification , teaching organization, teaching evaluation, development course and the practice point of view in-depth analysis of service learning, service learning to understand and grasp the most perfect service learning state, to lay the foundation for the focus of this paper. The development of mature western service learning is water and soil to grow in the course of Ideological and political theory in China this is in the university? To investigate the unavoidable problem. As a way of teaching strategy of Ideological and political theory course is the choice of service learning, in accordance with the education trend of Chinese characteristics, not only contribute to the effective use of social teaching resources in the ideological and political theory courses, but also conducive to the practice of Ideological and political theory course teaching is difficult to crack it is difficult to organize, normalization and difficult to real difficulties; to achieve the teaching subject from "he" to "I" the identity transformation, the teaching process from an activity Conversion to persistent activity, teaching management transformation from one-way management to the management of teaching assessment by one-dimensional two-dimensional evaluation. Evaluation of conversion to the objective needs of the development of Ideological and political theory education in Colleges and Universities Based on the research of service learning in the implementation of the strategy in the ideological and political theory course in Universities in China as the focus, in the third, fourth, five chapters in a separate section form, from the Teaching Guide: the promotion of service learning "booster"; community organizations: the implementation of service learning "field"; institutional support: service learning of sustainable development is described, and the core argument for each chapter with practical case to be demonstrated, that is full of vitality, vigor service learning to inject fresh blood into the development of the theory of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in China.
