习近平青年观视域下高校青年马克思主义者培养研究

【摘要】：习近平青年观是对我党青年思想的继承、弘扬及创新,是新时期指引我国青年教育和人才培养工作的重要理论基础。高等院校是我国社会主义建设人才培养的重要阵地,用马克思主义理论教育和引导新时期高校青年、培养坚定的青年马克思主义者是新的历史时期培养合格的社会主义伟大事业建设者和可靠接班人的重要举措。目前我国很多高校正在开展声势浩大的青年马克思主义者培养工作,取得了较好成绩,但仍然存在一些问题导致效果不尽如人意,不能满足社会主义建设实践对青年马克思主义者人才的迫切需求。基于此,本文以习近平青年观为理论基础,立足我国高校青年马克思主义者培养实践,对其现有模式体系和存在的问题进行探讨,进一步提出有针对性的优化对策,以此为我国高校青年马克思主义者培养实践提供一条更为高效和切实可行的路径。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's view on youth is the inheritance, promotion and innovation of our Party's youth thought, and is the important theoretical basis of guiding our country's youth education and talent training work in the new period.Colleges and universities are an important position for the cultivation of talents in the socialist construction of our country. Using Marxist theory to educate and guide the youth of colleges and universities in the new period,Cultivating firm young Marxists is an important measure to train qualified constructors and reliable successors of the great cause of socialism in the new historical period.At present, many colleges and universities in our country are carrying out the work of training young Marxists with great momentum and have made good achievements, but there are still some problems which lead to unsatisfactory results.It can not meet the urgent need of young Marxist talents in socialist construction practice.Based on the theory of Xi Jinping's view of youth, based on the practice of cultivating young Marxists in colleges and universities in China, this paper probes into its existing model system and existing problems, and puts forward further targeted optimization countermeasures.It provides a more efficient and feasible way for the cultivation of young Marxists in colleges and universities in our country.
