【摘要】：延安鲁艺是在抗日战争的艰苦环境下,中国共产党为了适应文艺战线对敌斗争的现实需要创立并不断发展壮大起来的。延安鲁艺的创立发展及其开展思想政治教育,有着深刻的时代背景,这就是亡国灭种的民族危机与全民族艰苦卓绝的抗日战争的危难时局;相对稳定的陕甘宁边区大后方的客观环境;抗日战争中精神文化较量的现实需要。延安鲁艺有效开展思想政治教育,学校层面的实践包括课程设置角度体现的思想政治教育、教学方法角度体现的思想政治教育;社会层面的实践包括社会实践角度体现的思想政治教育以及文艺整风角度体现的思想政治教育。延安鲁艺思想政治教育的特点包括以下方面,高度重视:把思想政治教育上升到战略高度来抓;目的明确:以培养抗战文艺干部和建设革命新文艺为中心内容;形式多样:灵活采取多种形式提高思想政治教育实效。延安鲁艺思想政治教育的成效主要有:丰富了我党的思想政治教育理论;培养了大批德艺双馨的文艺人才;创作了许多影响深远的文艺精品;开启了我国文艺教育的崭新模式。当代艺术类大学生具有特立独行与专注职业的个性与思想特点,当代艺术类大学生思想政治教育中存在着观念淡薄、形式主义、墨守成规等问题。延安鲁艺思想政治教育对当代艺术类大学生思想政治教育的启示包括以下内容:德才兼备:正确处理好思政课与专业课的关系;寓教于学:正确处理好专门教育与融合教育的关系;因材施教:正确处理好普遍性与特殊性的关系;大胆创新:正确处理好弘扬继承与开拓创新的关系。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the reality of the struggle against the enemy on the literary and artistic front, the Communist Party of China established and developed continuously under the arduous environment of the War of Resistance against Japan.The foundation and development of Yan'an Lu Art and its ideological and political education have a profound background of the times, which is the national crisis of extinction of the subjugated nation and the crisis situation of the whole nation's arduous anti-Japanese war.Relatively stable objective environment in the rear area of Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region and realistic needs of the spiritual and cultural contest in the War of Resistance against Japan.Yan'an Luyi effectively carries out ideological and political education. The practice at school level includes ideological and political education from the perspective of curriculum setting and ideological and political education from the perspective of teaching methods.The practice at the social level includes ideological and political education reflected from the angle of social practice and ideological and political education from the angle of literary rectification.The characteristics of the ideological and political education of Lu Yi in Yan'an include the following aspects: to raise the ideological and political education to a strategic level to grasp, the purpose is clear: to cultivate the cadres of literature and art in the War of Resistance against Japan and to build a new revolutionary literature and art as the central content;Various forms: flexible use of various forms to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.The main achievements of Yan'an Lu art ideological and political education are as follows: enriching our Party's theory of ideological and political education; cultivating a large number of literary and artistic talents with both virtues and arts; creating many influential literary and artistic works; and opening up a new model of literary and artistic education in our country.Contemporary art college students have the personality and ideological characteristics of maverick and dedicated occupation. In the ideological and political education of contemporary art college students, there are some problems such as weak ideas, formalism, conventionality and so on.The enlightenment of Yan'an Lu art ideological and political education to contemporary art college students' ideological and political education includes the following contents: morality and talent: correctly handling the relationship between ideological and political courses and professional courses;Combining teaching with learning: correctly handling the relationship between specialized education and integrated education; teaching in accordance with aptitude: correctly dealing with the relationship between universality and particularity; bold innovation; correctly handling the relationship between carrying forward inheritance and pioneering innovation.
