新媒体环境下硕士研究生与导师关系研究

【摘要】:随着我国研究生教育的不断发展和研究生招生规模的逐渐扩大,研究生与其导师的关系问题受到了更多的关注。研究生与导师关系的构建建立在人际传播的基础上,实质上属于人际关系的范畴。近年来,新媒体的出现和发展给人际传播的方式、内容带来了一定的影响,而研究生与导师的关系归根到底也是一种人际关系,也会受到新媒体的影响,并在新媒体这个大环境中进行构建。为了解新媒体对硕士研究生与导师的关系带来的影响,从而在此基础上提出相应的措施,改善硕士研究生与导师的关系,提高研究生培养质量,本论文采用访谈兼问卷的混合式的研究方法,通过对9名硕士研究生以及2位研究生导师的深入访谈来探讨新媒体环境下研究生与导师的教育教学关系、人际交往关系以及情感关系。同时采用自主编制的问卷对上海市四所高校的硕士研究生进行调查,共回收有效问卷267份。研究显示:新媒体传播的快速性、多元性和开放性等特点有利于提高导师的指导频率、增强硕士研究生与导师之间的日常联系,对硕士研究生与导师的教育教学关系、人际交往关系和情感关系有一定的促进作用。然而,新媒体在建立良好的师生关系中的作用没有得到充分发挥。因此,为充分发挥新媒体在师生关系构建中的作用,导师需转变指导观念,利用新媒体全方位了解研究生的需求,除了要在学业上对研究生进行指导,对他们心理、精神等方面的关心也需引起足够的重视;研究生需利用好碎片化的时间,提高主动性。通过师生的共同努力,建立起有利于师生共同发展的良好的师生关系。
[Abstract]:With the gradual expansion of the size of the continuous development of China's graduate education and graduate enrollment, graduate and mentor relationship has received more attention. Based on the construction of interpersonal communication on the relationship between students and teachers, essentially belongs to the category of interpersonal relationship. In recent years, the emergence and development of new media give the way of interpersonal communication, bring certain influence, and the relationship between the graduate student and teacher after all is a kind of interpersonal relationship, also will be affected by the new media, and new media in the construction of the environment. In order to understand the new media brings to graduate student and tutor, then on the basis of the corresponding measures, improve the relationship between graduate students and teachers, improve the quality of graduate education, the thesis adopts the research methods of questionnaire and interview combined, according to the 9 graduate In depth interviews students and 2 graduate tutors to discuss graduate student and teacher education under the new media environment, interpersonal relationship and emotional relationship. At the same time using the self-developed questionnaire of graduate of four college students of Shanghai city were investigated, 267 valid questionnaires were collected. Research shows that: the new fast the media, the characteristics of diversity and openness is conducive to improve the frequency of guidance of my tutor, enhance daily contact with the graduate student and tutor of Postgraduate Tutor, teaching relationship, interpersonal relationship and emotional relationships have a certain role. However, in the new media to establish a good relationship between teachers and students the role has not been fully realized. Therefore, to give full play to the role of new media in the relationship between teachers and students in the construction, teacher need to change the guiding concept, the use of new media to understand the full range of graduate In addition to the needs of graduate students in academic guidance for their mental and spiritual aspects of care also need to attract enough attention; graduate use of fragmented time, improve the initiative. Through the joint efforts of teachers and students, establish conducive to the common development of teachers and students of the good relationship between teachers and students.
