提升地方本科高校的区域适切性:供给侧结构性改革的视角

【摘要】：提升区域适切性历来是地方本科高校改革和发展的题中要义。地方本科高校以服务区域经济社会发展为目标,以为地方经济社会培养高素质人才为使命,对推进区域经济社会发展作出了瞩目的贡献,但是也存在一些亟待解决的适切性问题。解决这些问题,需从自身入手,在供给侧上发力,主动采取供给侧改革的系统化、结构化、创新性的思维,自觉根据地方经济社会的期望和需求调适自己的办学行为,从地方本科高校人才培养的供给侧学科专业、课程体系、人才培养模式、教学模式、科学研究等全方位转型与创新,不断提升地方本科高校的区域适切性。
[Abstract]:Improving regional suitability has always been the key to the reform and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities.With serving the development of regional economy and society as the goal, the local undergraduate colleges and universities have made remarkable contributions to the promotion of regional economic and social development by taking the training of high-quality talents as the mission of the local economy and society.But there are still some relevant problems to be solved.To solve these problems, we should start with ourselves, exert ourselves on the supply side, take the initiative to systematize, structurize and innovate the supply-side reform, and consciously adjust our own school-running behavior according to the expectations and demands of the local economy and society.From the supply-side disciplines, curriculum system, talent training model, teaching mode, scientific research and other all-round transformation and innovation of local undergraduate colleges and universities, the regional relevance of local undergraduate colleges and universities is constantly promoted.
