综合性性教育在大学生性健康教育中的行动研究

【摘要】:目前国内对于综合性性教育的研究还处于起步阶段,实践研究较少。本研究采用行动研究的方法,以云南Y大学所开展的性健康同伴教育为个案,以改善两性关系为主题,讨论如何将综合性性教育应用于大学生性健康教育。研究发现:综合性性教育能有效提升参与者对性生理和性心理知识的了解程度,提升其异性交往的技能;在对待婚前性行为的态度上,部分参与者的态度变得多元化,部分参与者仍坚持婚前守贞。综合性性教育重视大学生的性权利和赋权的优点,能得到大学生的认同,但该模式在推广中需要和其他性健康教育模式并存,并需要一个包容的社会和校园环境的配合。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on comprehensive sex education in China is still in its infancy, but the practical research is less.This study adopts the method of action research to discuss how to apply comprehensive sex education to the sexual health education of college students by taking the sexual health peer education carried out by Yunnan Y University as a case study and improving the relationship between the two sexes.The study found that comprehensive sex education can effectively improve the participants' understanding of sexual physiology and psychology, improve their skills of heterosexual interaction, and some participants' attitudes become diversified in their attitude towards premarital sexual behavior.Some of the participants persisted in keeping their virginity before marriage.Comprehensive sex education attaches importance to the advantages of college students' sexual rights and empowerment, and can be recognized by college students. However, it needs to coexist with other sexual health education models in the promotion of sex education, and needs the cooperation of an inclusive society and campus environment.
