校友文化在大学生思想政治教育中的价值研究

【摘要】：校友是高校发展的宝贵资源,校友文化应当成为高校开展大学生思想政治教育新的平台和手段。充分利用校友资源,积极建设校友文化,使校友文化的价值最大发挥,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,实现全面育人的目标,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观具有重要的意义。立德树人是高校的立身之本。高校承担着思想政治教育的重要任务,国际国内形势的深刻变化对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的更高的要求,把校友文化运用到大学生思想政治教育中去是适应高校思想政治教育改革的创新做法。为此,正确把握校友文化的内涵,明确校友文化在大学生思想政治教育中的功能,充分发挥校友文化价值并在实践中探索促进大学生思想政治教育的具体方式方法,是亟需做好的工作。文章主要从以下四个方面逐步对校友文化在大学生思想政治教育中的价值展开研究。首先,对论文研究的目的与意义、目前国内外的研究现状、研究的重难点以及创新点作了介绍。其次,阐述校友文化的内涵。界定校友文化的相关概念,指明校友文化的特点、价值观、理论支撑。再次,借鉴国内外高校的校友文化建设经验,分析了校友文化在大学生思想政治教育中的功能。指出校友文化优化了思想政治教育的环境,丰富了思想政治教育的内容,拓展了思想政治教育的资源。最后,将理论与实践相结合,提出校友文化在大学生思想政治教育中的具体运用原则、运用方法,通过搭建校友联系平台,建立校友支持机制,营造校友文化氛围,完善校友工作机制,使校友文化发挥最大作用,从而达到促进大学生思想政治教育的目的。
[Abstract]:Alumni is a valuable resource for the development of colleges and universities. Alumni culture should become a new platform and means to carry out ideological and political education for college students. Make full use of alumni resources, actively build alumni culture, make the most of the value of alumni culture, to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, to achieve the goal of all-round education, It is of great significance to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. Li de Shuren is the foundation of university. Colleges and universities undertake the important task of ideological and political education. The profound changes in the international and domestic situation have put forward new and higher requirements for the ideological and political education of college students. Applying alumni culture to the ideological and political education of college students is an innovative way to adapt to the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, we should correctly grasp the connotation of alumni culture, clarify the function of alumni culture in the ideological and political education of college students, give full play to the value of alumni culture and explore in practice the concrete ways and means to promote the ideological and political education of college students. It is a job that needs to be done well. This paper studies the value of alumni culture in the ideological and political education of college students from the following four aspects. First of all, the purpose and significance of the paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, the important and difficult points of the research and the innovation points are introduced. Secondly, the connotation of alumni culture is expounded. Define the related concepts of alumni culture, point out the characteristics of alumni culture, values, theoretical support. Thirdly, the author analyzes the function of alumni culture in ideological and political education of college students by using the experience of alumni culture construction at home and abroad. It is pointed out that alumni culture optimizes the environment of ideological and political education, enriches the content of ideological and political education, and expands the resources of ideological and political education. Finally, combining theory with practice, the author puts forward the concrete application principle of alumni culture in the ideological and political education of college students, applies the method, establishes the alumni support mechanism and creates the cultural atmosphere of alumni through setting up the alumni contact platform. To improve the working mechanism of alumni, to make alumni culture play the greatest role, thus to promote the ideological and political education of college students.
