中美高校科学传播专业教育比较研究

【摘要】:在高等院校专业中科学传播专业教育具有很强的跨学科性质,也是一个新兴学科专业。在全球,不同的国家因为教育体制的不同,在科学传播专业教育方面有着很大的差异,该专业的表现形式也大相径庭。近些年,随着科学技术知识生产模式的改变,科学传播专业教育普遍受到各国重视,在高等院校中专业的设置更趋完善,结构更加完整。在我国,高校科学传播专业教育尚处于起步阶段,科学传播专业仅仅以专业方向的形式普遍属于二级学科,分布在传播学、新闻学以及哲学等一级学科之下,如哲学下的科学传播教育方向;专业的阶段分布中,各高校主要集中在硕士阶段,本科和博士阶段相对较少;在专业内容上,其跨学科的特点还很薄弱。进入二十一世纪以来,随着我国特色社会主义现代化建设的发展,知识经济在国民经济中的比重大规模的增长,政府职能在不断的转变,公众获得信息渠道持续的扩展,公民科学素养不断的增强,因此社会中国家、高校、学术界以及社会团体等对科学传播专业教育的需求随着信息科技的发展不断的增强。国家、高校和学术界对高校科学传播教育专业的教育投入不断的加大,科学传播教育专业体制也得到不断的完善。科学传播教育从欧美国家开始发展,经过多年的发展在各方面都有丰富的经验和理论。目前在欧美国家以美国高校的科学传播教育专业设置最完善,从业人员与学者的实践活动最丰富多样,正因如此本文对中国和美国高校中科学传播专业教育从学科阶段、学位分析、培养模式、未来趋势、社会实践等方面进行分析比较,并结合现阶段我国的国情特点,对我国高等院校科学传播专业教育进行思考并提出对策。本文经过对美国高等院校科学传播专业教育的深入分析,对比了中美高校科学传播专业教育的学位、发展状况等;运用文献研究、比较研究等方法对中美科学传播教育模式进行挖掘,针对中美大学科学传播教育学科的创制、发展、完善的过程及现状,讨论了其未来的发展趋势,从学科体制、专业内容、社会需求等方面归纳,总结现阶段我国高校科学传播专业教育未来发展趋势,得出完善学科体制、创新科学服务机制、探索公众参与的方法、与大众媒介融合、培养复合型人才等对策。
[Abstract]:The education of science communication in colleges and universities has a strong cross-disciplinary nature and is also a new subject. In the world, because of the different educational system, there are great differences in the education of science communication major, and the manifestation of the major is also very different. In recent years, with the change of the production mode of science and technology knowledge, the major education of science communication has been paid more attention to by all countries, and the establishment of specialty in colleges and universities has become more perfect and the structure is more complete. In our country, the major education of science communication in colleges and universities is still in its infancy. The major of science communication belongs to the secondary discipline only in the form of professional direction, and is distributed under the first-level subjects such as communication, journalism and philosophy. For example, the direction of science communication and education under philosophy; in the stage distribution of specialty, the colleges and universities mainly concentrate in the master stage, the undergraduate course and the doctor stage are relatively few; in the specialty content, the interdisciplinary characteristic is still very weak. Since the 21 century, with the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, the proportion of knowledge economy in the national economy has increased in a large scale, the functions of the government are constantly changing, and the channels of public access to information have been continuously expanded. With the development of information technology, the needs of science communication education in the society, such as the country, the university, the academic community and the social organization, are constantly enhanced. The education investment of science communication education in colleges, universities and academies is increasing, and the system of science communication education has been improved constantly. Science communication education began to develop from European and American countries. After years of development, it has rich experience and theory in all aspects. At present, the major of science communication education in American colleges and universities in Europe and America is the most perfect, and the practice activities of practitioners and scholars are the most abundant and diverse. That is why this article aims at the science communication education in Chinese and American colleges and universities from the disciplinary stage. This paper analyzes and compares the degree analysis, training mode, future trend, social practice and so on, and combines the characteristics of our country's national conditions at the present stage, thinks about and puts forward countermeasures to the education of science communication specialty in colleges and universities of our country. Based on the in-depth analysis of science communication major education in American colleges and universities, this paper compares the degree and development status of science communication major education in Chinese and American colleges and universities, and makes use of literature research. Through comparative research and other methods, this paper excavates the mode of science communication education between China and the United States. Aiming at the process and present situation of the creation, development and perfection of the subject of science communication education in Chinese and American universities, the author discusses its future development trend, from the subject system to the professional content. This paper sums up the future development trend of science communication major education in colleges and universities in our country in terms of social demand, concludes that the discipline system should be perfected, the scientific service mechanism should be innovated, the methods of public participation should be explored, and it will merge with the mass media. Training compound talents and other countermeasures.
