大学生志愿者短期支教活动的问题研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国大学生志愿者活动从无到有,呈现出逐渐兴起与繁荣的趋势。随着大学生志愿服务西部计划和“三支一扶”计划的实行,大学生志愿者短期支教活动作为一种社会实践活动形式,为中西部落后地区支教开辟了一条新路。越来越多的大学生利用寒暑假时间参与短期支教活动,使这种方式成为大学生了解社会、回报社会和促进教育公平发展的重要途径。但由于主客观等方面的原因,大学生志愿者短期支教活动并没有发挥其应有的作用,还存在一些问题,这些问题的存在制约了大学生短期支教活动正面效应的发挥,产生了一些不良后果。本文通过实证调查,在对大学生志愿者短期支教活动现状进行重点分析的基础上,分析了大学生短期支教活动问题发生的主要原因,并结合实际提出了促进大学生志愿者短期支教活动有效开展的建议。本研究分四个部分:第一部分就大学生志愿者短期支教形成的背景和基本性质等方面阐述了大学生志愿者短期支教活动的基本现状;第二部分从大学生志愿者短期支教活动的碎片化、表面化、单一化、浮躁化四个方面来论述大学生志愿者短期支教活动存在的问题;第三部分从五个维度分别分析了形成上述问题的具体原因;第四部分根据问题出现的具体原因,提出了促进大学生志愿者短期支教活动有效开展的策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the volunteer activities of college students in our country from nothing to exist, showing a trend of gradual rise and prosperity. With the implementation of the western plan of voluntary service for college students and the plan of "three branches and one support", the short-term teaching activities of university students, as a form of social practice activities, have opened a new way for supporting education in the backward areas of the central and western regions. More and more college students make use of the winter and summer holidays to participate in short-term teaching activities, which makes them become an important way for college students to understand the society, return the society and promote the equitable development of education. However, due to subjective and objective reasons, the short-term teaching activities of university students' volunteers have not played their due role, and there are still some problems, which restrict the positive effects of short-term teaching activities of college students. There were some bad consequences. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the short-term teaching activities of university students' volunteers, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the problems of the short-term teaching activities of college students. Combined with the actual situation, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the short-term teaching activities of university students' volunteers. This research is divided into four parts: the first part expounds the basic status quo of the short-term teaching activities of university students' volunteers from the background and basic nature of the formation of short-term support for college students' volunteers; The second part discusses the problems existing in the short-term teaching activities of university students' volunteers from the following four aspects: fragmentation, surface, singularity and impetuosity. The third part analyzes the specific causes of the above problems from five dimensions; the fourth part according to the specific causes of the problems put forward the strategies to promote the short-term teaching activities of college students volunteers.
