知识产权专业本科教育问题研究

【摘要】：全面放开知识产权专业本科教育在我国还只有几年的历史。如何培养合格的本科知识产权专业人才,国外没有可供借鉴的经验,国内还处于初步探索阶段。经实地调研发现,相关高校对知识产权人才的理解存在误区,在知识产权专业本科教育目标定位、课程设置以及师资供给等方面存在突出问题。在详细论证的基础上,论文提出了解决这些问题的具体对策与建议。
[Abstract]:It is still only a few years in our country to completely open up the undergraduate education of intellectual property, how to cultivate qualified undergraduate intellectual property rights professionals, there is no experience that can be used for reference in foreign countries, and it is still in the preliminary exploration stage at home. There are outstanding problems in the orientation of educational goals, the setting of curriculum and the supply of teachers. On the basis of detailed demonstration, the paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
