新工科建设背景下地方高校工程教育改革发展刍议

【摘要】：近年来,新工业革命提速、全球化进程深化、新经济发展加快,现代性境遇愈加复杂,要求我国工程教育及时做出回应。学科演进逻辑表明"新工科"的提出具有历史必然性。新工科建设背景下地方高校工程教育改革发展存在诸多掣肘因素,如思想观念桎梏、依附性发展逻辑固化、协同办学机制缺失、组织与制度性障碍、师资工程实践能力弱化等。破除上述瓶颈问题,地方高校应明确办学定位,围绕区域产业发展需求布局学科专业、破解学科壁垒、构建政校企共同体、推进工程教育教学改革、完善教师评聘制度等,提升学校服务职能,形成办学特色。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the speed of the new industrial revolution, the deepening of the globalization process, the accelerated development of the new economy, and the complexity of the situation of modernity require our engineering education to make a timely response. The logic of discipline evolution shows that the proposition of "new engineering course" has historical inevitability. Under the background of new engineering subject construction, there are many restrictive factors in the reform and development of engineering education in local colleges and universities, such as the shackles of ideology and concept, the logical solidification of dependent development, the lack of cooperative running mechanism, the obstacles of organization and system, the weakening of teachers' engineering practice ability, etc. To overcome the above bottleneck problems, local colleges and universities should make clear the orientation of running a school, lay out the discipline and specialty around the needs of regional industrial development, break down the discipline barriers, construct a community of political schools and enterprises, promote the reform of engineering education and teaching, and perfect the system of teachers' evaluation and employment, etc. Promote the school service function, form the school characteristics.
