应用型法学教育视域下法学考试体系的创新

【摘要】：高校法学教育应用型人才的培养,核心在于人才理论与实践能力的全面激发。在考试体系构建要素的探索中,必须坚持笔试形式的单一性突破为根本,系统化完善考试形式、考试要素的社会应用性、社会实践性、社会应用效果性、社会应用适应性要素。这是高校法学专业考试体系面向职业化、社会化发展目标,并构建发展的核心要素,也是考试体系构建创新点形成深层挖掘的根本体现。
[Abstract]:The core of the cultivation of applied talents in law education in colleges and universities lies in the all-round stimulation of their theoretical and practical abilities. In the exploration of the construction elements of the examination system, we must insist on the breakthrough of the single form of written examination, systematize and perfect the examination form, the social application, the social practicality, the social application effect and the adaptability factor of the social application. This is the core element of the construction and development of the examination system of law major in colleges and universities facing to the professionalization and the goal of socialized development, and it is also the fundamental embodiment of the deep excavation of the innovative points in the construction of the examination system.
