华北国医学院医学教育实践研究(1932-1950)

【摘要】:近代至民国时期,学习西方科学技术以求自新是社会的主要思潮,反映在医学上是接受并拥护西医的人越来越多,反对中医药的思潮风起云涌。面对着社会上和政府机构极力否定中医的学术思潮和行动,在中医生死存亡的危急关头,施今墨等名医组织论战、抗议和请愿等活动,极力挽救中医。挽救中医其中一个重要手段是让中医后继有人,让中医药薪火相传下去,基于这样的认识,施今墨等人于1932年创办了华北国医学院(1932~1950),学院以中医为主,兼授西医,倡导借鉴西医科学大力发展中医药。华北国医学院是我国20世纪30年代中医高等院校创办高潮时期的典型代表,它的生命力旺盛,办学一直延续到新中国成立后,培养了大批具有坚定中医药信仰的中医高技能型人才。他的创办人施今墨先生为我国中医教育做出了重大贡献。对施今墨及华北国医学院的研究,反映了近代中医学及中医教育在“西学东渐”影响下的抗争、学习与发展状况。对华北国医学院中医教育实践的深入研究,深刻认识采用中西医汇通思想发展中医学及中医教育的重大历史意义。华北国医学院在学术上反对门户之见,博采众长,不论古今中外,只要是有利于治病的就汲取过来,这种兼容并包的思想在当时和现在都是很科学的。学院的附属诊所和医院在诊病过程中,率先运用西医的先进医疗器械诊病,采用中医药治病,探索中西医结合的有效途径。本文主要论述在特定历史背景下华北国医学院具体教育实践;医学教学研究,最终对华北国医学院的人才培养方案;医学教育教学实践;施今墨学术思想及传承作一系统研究,同时对华北国医学院的社会影响和历史意义给予恰当的评价。目前,对于施今墨学术思想与临床经验及其华北国医学院的医学教育思想等系统研究还有待加强。
[Abstract]:During the period of modern times to the Republic of China, it was the main trend of thought in society to study western science and technology for rehabilitation, which reflected in the increasing number of people who accepted and supported Western medicine in medicine, and the trend of thought against traditional Chinese medicine was surging. In the face of social and government organizations trying to deny the academic thoughts and actions of traditional Chinese medicine, in the critical moment of the survival and death of traditional Chinese medicine, Shi Jinmo and other famous doctors organized debates, protests and petitions, and tried to save Chinese medicine. One of the important ways to save Chinese medicine is to let the successors of traditional Chinese medicine be passed on. Based on this understanding, Shi Jinmo and others founded the North China Medical College in 1932, 1932 and 1950. The college is mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine and also teaches western medicine. Advocate drawing lessons from western medicine science and vigorously develop traditional Chinese medicine. The North China Medical College was a typical representative of the climax period of the establishment of Chinese medicine institutions in the 1930s in China. Its vitality was strong, and it continued to run schools until after the founding of New China. Trained a large number of strong belief in Chinese medicine high-skilled talents. His founder, Mr. Shi Jinmo, has made great contributions to the education of Chinese medicine in China. The research on Shi Jinmo and the Medical College of North China reflects the struggle, study and development of modern Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine education under the influence of "Western learning to the east". The deep research on the educational practice of traditional Chinese medicine in North China Medical College, deeply understand the great historical significance of using Huitong thought of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to develop traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine education. The North China Medical College objected academically to the views of the public and learned from them. Whatever is conducive to the treatment of the disease, the all-embracing idea was and is very scientific at that time and in the present. In the process of diagnosis, the affiliated clinics and hospitals of the college take the lead in using the advanced medical devices of western medicine to diagnose diseases, and to explore the effective ways of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine. This paper mainly discusses the specific educational practice of the North China Medical College under the specific historical background; the medical teaching research, and finally makes a systematic study on the talent training plan of the North China Medical College; the medical education and teaching practice; the academic thought and inheritance of Shi Jinmo. At the same time, the social impact and historical significance of the North China Medical College are properly evaluated. At present, the systematic research on Shi's academic thought and clinical experience and the medical education thought of North China Medical College need to be strengthened.
