改革开放以来高校辅导员队伍建设的经验与启示

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我党高度重视辅导员队伍建设,积累了丰富的经验,展现了鲜明的特色,取得了很好的成效,极大地推动了辅导员队伍建设,很好地提升了高校人才培养质量。系统归纳总结梳理改革开放以来高校辅导员队伍建设的经验做法,找出其存在的问题和不足,对于科学把握辅导员队伍建设内在规律,提升辅导员队伍建设科学化水平具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, our party has attached great importance to the construction of counselors, accumulated rich experience, displayed distinct characteristics, achieved good results, greatly promoted the construction of counselors, and improved the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. This paper systematically summarizes and combs the experiences and practices of college counselors' team construction since the reform and opening up, finds out its problems and shortcomings, and scientifically grasps the inherent law of counselors' team construction. It is of great significance to improve the scientific level of counselors.
