基于学生个性发展的高校课程设置研究

【摘要】:伴随着工业经济时代向知识经济时代的质的转变,个性化人才的呼声日益高涨。作为人才培养的坚实基地,高等院校承担的责任重大,其中高校课程更是肩负着塑造人才的重大使命,因此高校课程设置理应在满足社会发展需要的同时注重涵盖学生多方面、多层次、多变化的需求,切实满足学生个性发展的需要。而当前我国高校课程设置存在着严重的学生个性缺失情况,其主要表现在讲究专业培养、强调工具属性,使课程目标偏离了培养人、促进人个性发展的初衷;重科学轻人文、重分科轻综合、重理论轻技能,使课程结构失衡,影响学生个性中人格的完善、潜能的挖掘;课程教材的陈旧失活、学生学习自由的限制,使课程内容固化,学生个性中的自主性受到损害;考核形式单一,课程评价强调整齐划一,学生的自我及个性的形成发展缺乏动力。我国高校课程设置之所以折射出学生个性缺失的现状,有四点原因:一是高校受功利化、实用主义价值取向的影响,在课程设置时忽视了学生作为人的个性需求;二是重科学轻人文的传统价值取向,造成了课程设置时课程结构的混乱和失调;三是学生主体性的观念没有深入贯彻到高校课程设置中去;四是对高校课程价值本位缺乏联系发展的全局视角,导致课程设置顾此失彼,难以完善。针对目前我国高校课程设置在学生个性发展方面缺失的现状,改善高校课设置情况,设置促进学生个性发展的课程,必须立足培养全人的大学理念、以人为本的价值取向、与时俱进的学生主体观念,从课程目标、课程结构、课程内容和课程评价四个要点入手,确立指向学生个性的课程目标、利于个性发展的合理课程结构、满足个性需求的多元课程内容和保障个性成长的课程评价体系。
[Abstract]:With the qualitative change from the industrial economy era to the knowledge economy era, the voice of individualized talents is rising day by day. As a solid base of talent training, colleges and universities bear a great responsibility, among which the university curriculum is shouldering the important mission of shaping talents. Therefore, the curriculum design of colleges and universities should meet the needs of social development and pay attention to covering students in many aspects. Multi-level, multi-change needs to meet the needs of students' personality development. However, at present, there is a serious lack of students' personality in the curriculum of colleges and universities in China, which is mainly manifested in the emphasis on the cultivation of specialty and the emphasis on the attributes of tools, which deviates from the original intention of cultivating people and promoting the development of personality, and puts emphasis on science and humanity. Attaching importance to division, theory and skill, making curriculum structure unbalanced, affecting the perfection of personality and potential of students, the old and inactivation of curriculum teaching materials, the restriction of students' freedom of study, the curable content of curriculum, the imbalanced curriculum structure, the imperfection of students' personality and the exploration of their potential. The autonomy of students' personality is damaged, the form of assessment is single, the curriculum evaluation emphasizes uniformity, and the students' self-development and personality lack of motivation. There are four reasons why the curriculum of colleges and universities in China reflects the lack of students' personality. One is that colleges and universities are influenced by utilitarianism and pragmatism value orientation and ignore the individual needs of students as human beings. Second, the traditional value orientation of attaching importance to science and neglecting humanity has caused confusion and imbalance in curriculum structure, third, the concept of students' subjectivity has not been thoroughly carried out into the curriculum design of colleges and universities. Fourth, there is a lack of overall view of the development of the curriculum value standard in colleges and universities, which leads to the curriculum setting neglecting one another and difficult to perfect. In view of the present situation that the curriculum in colleges and universities in our country is lacking in the development of students' personality, it is necessary to improve the situation of courses in colleges and universities and to set up courses that promote the development of students' personality. The idea of student subject that keeps pace with the times, starting with the four main points of curriculum goal, curriculum structure, curriculum content and curriculum evaluation, establishes the curriculum goal that points to students' individuality and is conducive to the rational curriculum structure of personality development. Multi-curriculum content to meet individual needs and curriculum evaluation system to ensure personality growth.
