高校本科生专业选择对其专业认同度的影响研究

【摘要】:专业认同是学生积极投入到专业学习并能在毕业后从事与专业相关行业的基础,关系到学生在求学期间的自我价值能否得到实现,也关系到高校教学质量的提高以及国家人才的培养。近年来,在我国现实高等教育中,学生对所学专业的认同度总体水平偏低,专业学习存在许多问题。为此,本研究从高考专业选择角度,研究当前高校本科生不同的专业选择情况对其专业认同度的影响,从而找到问题的原因,并提出提升学生专业认同水平的若干建议。本研究结合国内外研究成果,编制了《高校本科生专业选择对其专业认同度的影响》调查问卷,并通过问卷星平台开展网络问卷调查,获得了来自某高校的324份有效样本数据。将调查所获得的有效数据使用数据统计分析软件SPSS22.0进行数据分析,分析结果表明:(1)影响高校本科生专业选择的主要因素包括个人因素、就业因素、升学因素、学校因素和亲友因素。高校本科生在专业选择时最优先考虑的是个人因素,对于就业因素的考虑要多于亲友因素的考虑,有关升学因素的考虑相对较小。(2)高校本科生专业选择的自主程度和对报考专业的认知程度处于中等水平。(3)高校本科生专业认同度可划分为专业认知度、专业匹配度、专业投入度和专业情感度四个维度。(4)高校本科生专业总体认同度水平一般,且在专业认同度各个维度中,高校本科生的专业投入度最高,其次为专业认知度,然后是专业情感度,而专业匹配程度最低。(5)高校本科生在专业选择时考虑个人因素、就业因素和学校因素对其专业认同度具有正向的影响。高校本科生的专业选择自主程度和高校本科生专业选择对其专业认同度有正面的影响。(6)高校本科生的专业认同度及各个维度在性别、专业类别、不同生源地和家庭经济条件等控制变量上存在不同程度的显著性差异。本论文一共分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了本次研究的背景、研究目的与意义和研究方法,同时也对研究的流程和论文框架进行了设计。第二部分为文献综述,通过梳理国内外研究成果,了解目前高考专业选择和专业认同度的研究现状,为高校本科生专业选择对其专业认同度的影响研究提供了理论基础。第三部分为研究设计,主要是根据研究内容确定相关研究的问题、提出研究假设、设计研究所需的工具,以及介绍问卷调查对象的选取、问卷发放和回收情况。第四部分为数据分析,主要是分析高校本科生不同专业选择情况以及专业认同度现状,高校本科生不同专业选择情况和专业认同度及各维度在不同控制变量上的差异,研究高校本科生不同专业选择情况对其专业认同度的影响,最后基于数据分析结果提出相应的若干建议。最后一部分为研究的结论与展望,主要内容是总结实证分析的结论,指出本研究存在的不足,并展望了未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Professional identity is the basis for students to actively engage in major learning and be able to engage in major related industries after graduation, which is related to whether students' self-worth can be realized during their studies. It is also related to the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of national talents. In recent years, in the realistic higher education of our country, the level of students' recognition of the major is on the low side, and there are many problems in the specialty study. Therefore, from the point of view of college entrance examination, this study studies the influence of different major choices on the degree of professional identity of undergraduates in colleges and universities, finds out the causes of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of students' professional identity. Based on the domestic and foreign research results, this study compiled the questionnaire "the influence of undergraduate students' Major selection on their Professional identity", and carried out a network questionnaire survey through the star platform of the questionnaire, and obtained 324 valid sample data from a certain university. The effective data obtained from the investigation are analyzed by using the data statistical analysis software SPSS22.0. The results show that the main factors that affect undergraduate students' professional choice include personal factors, employment factors, and factors of higher education. School factors and family and friends factors. The most important consideration for undergraduate students in the choice of major is personal factor, and the consideration of employment factor is more than that of relatives and friends. The degree of professional identity of undergraduate students can be divided into professional recognition degree and professional matching degree, the degree of professional identity of undergraduate students is in the middle level, the degree of professional choice of undergraduate students and the degree of cognition to the major of applying for an examination is in the middle level, and the degree of professional identity of undergraduate students can be divided into the degree of professional recognition and the degree of professional matching. Professional input degree and professional emotion degree are four dimensions. 4) the degree of professional identity of undergraduate students is general, and among the dimensions of professional identity degree, the degree of professional input is the highest, followed by the degree of professional recognition. Then there is the professional emotion degree, and the professional matching degree is the lowest. 5) the undergraduate students consider the individual factor, the employment factor and the school factor have the positive influence on the degree of professional identity. The degree of professional autonomy of undergraduate students and the degree of professional choice of undergraduates have a positive influence on the degree of professional identity. There were significant differences in the control variables of different sources of land and family economic conditions. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, purpose, significance and research method of this research. At the same time, it also designs the research process and the framework of the paper. The second part is the literature review, through combing the domestic and foreign research results, to understand the current situation of the college entrance examination major selection and professional identity, and provide a theoretical basis for the study of the impact of undergraduate professional selection on the degree of professional identity. The third part is the research design, mainly based on the research content to determine the relevant research issues, research assumptions, design research tools, as well as the selection of questionnaire subjects, questionnaire distribution and recovery. The fourth part is the data analysis, mainly analyzes the undergraduate students' different specialty selection and the professional identity degree present situation, the university undergraduate different specialty choice situation and the specialty identity degree and the each dimension in the different control variable difference. This paper studies the influence of different majors selection on the degree of professional identity of undergraduates, and finally puts forward some suggestions based on the results of data analysis. The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the research. The main content is to summarize the conclusions of the empirical analysis, point out the shortcomings of this study, and look forward to the future research direction.
