我国高校教师发展中心的现状分析与未来展望——基于69所高校教师发展中心工作报告文本的研究

【摘要】：为研究我国高校教师发展中心的现状与未来发展趋势,采用内容分析法对我国69所本科普通高校教师发展中心的工作报告文本进行了分析。研究结果表明,历经5年的发展,我国高校教师发展中心已初具规模,开展的活动能够有力促进教师多方面的发展,但服务体系仍需完善,专业化水平仍需提高,职能定位仍需进一步明确。因此,应当将加强中心自身专业化建设与提升活动质量作为未来关注的重点。
[Abstract]:In order to study the present situation and future development trend of the teacher development center in colleges and universities in China, the text of the work report of the teacher development center of 69 undergraduate colleges and universities in China is analyzed by using the content analysis method. The results show that, after 5 years of development, the teacher Development Center of China's colleges and universities has begun to take shape, and the activities carried out can promote the development of teachers in many aspects, but the service system still needs to be improved, and the level of specialization still needs to be improved. The functional orientation still needs to be further clarified. Therefore, it should be the focus of attention in the future to strengthen the center's own professional construction and improve the quality of activities.
