自我意识对大学生择业的影响及对策研究

【摘要】:随着社会的不断进步与发展,高等教育逐渐从精英教育向大众化教育转变,高校毕业生的总人数逐年创新高。同时,国家对高校毕业生就业政策的调整与改革,就业市场的竞争也越来越激烈,毕业生的就业压力也越来越突出。面对这种情形,大学生的择业问题也成为了社会关注的热点问题。这就要求大学生要根据现实树立正确的择业观,而择业观的形成与发展是一个不断变化的过程,受到政治、经济、文化和教育等多重因素的影响。中共十八大报告中强调:“就业是民生之本。引领劳动者转变就业观念,鼓励多渠道多形式就业,促进创业带动就业,做好以高校毕业生为重点的青年就业工作。”但是对于大学生来说,他们的自我意识还处于发展的过程中,自我意识水平还不够完善,这不利于他们在择业过程中形成正确的择业观念,所以要加强大学生自我意识的教育,提高自我意识水平,帮助大学生在择业过程中正确认识调节自己,树立正确恰当的择业观。本文通过对大学生择业中的问题及原因进行分析,从自我意识的角度分析大学生择业中存在的问题以及如何在择业中培养正确的自我意识。本文由五个部分构成。第一部分为绪论,阐述了大学生择业观研究的背景、意义和国内外的研究情况。第二部分阐述了大学生择业观和自我意识的相关理论。分析了择业观的含义和大学生择业观的特点,以及自我意识的含义和构成。第三部分调查分析了大学生择业中自我意识的现状及原因。从择业认知和态度,择业标准和取向的表现中分析出大学生择业观中存在自我认知和自我体验的冲突,自我调控能力低,对社会需求不明确等因素。第四部分阐述了自我意识在大学生择业中的必要性。深入分析健全的自我意识是大学生心理健康发展、人格形成以及事业成功的必要因素。第五部分阐述了在择业中加强对大学生自我意识的培育。分别从社会、家庭、学校和大学生自身四个方面对大学生健全自我意识进行培育。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress and development of society, higher education has gradually changed from elite education to popular education, and the total number of college graduates has reached a new high year by year. At the same time, with the adjustment and reform of the employment policy of college graduates, the competition in the employment market is becoming more and more fierce, and the employment pressure of graduates is becoming more and more prominent. In the face of this situation, the choice of employment of college students has also become a hot issue of social concern. This requires college students to set up a correct view of employment according to the reality, and the formation and development of the concept of employment is a constantly changing process, which is influenced by many factors, such as politics, economy, culture and education. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress stressed: "Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood." Leading workers to change their concept of employment, encouraging multiple channels and forms of employment, promoting entrepreneurship and promoting employment, and doing a good job of youth employment with the emphasis on college graduates. " However, for college students, their self-consciousness is still in the process of development, and the level of self-consciousness is not perfect enough, which is not conducive to the formation of a correct concept of career selection in the course of their career selection, so we should strengthen the education of self-awareness of college students. To improve the level of self-consciousness and help college students to understand and adjust themselves correctly in the process of choosing jobs and to set up a correct view of choosing jobs. Through the analysis of the problems and causes of college students' career selection, this paper analyzes the problems existing in college students' career choice from the angle of self-consciousness and how to cultivate the correct self-consciousness in their career choices. This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, expounding the background, significance and domestic and international research situation of the research on college students' view of career selection. The second part expounds the relevant theories of college students' job selection and self-consciousness. This paper analyzes the meaning of the concept of job selection and the characteristics of the concept of employment of college students, as well as the meaning and composition of self-consciousness. The third part investigates and analyzes the present situation and reasons of self-consciousness in college students' career choice. This paper analyzes the conflict between self-cognition and self-experience, low self-control ability, unclear social demand and so on, from the expression of cognition and attitude, standards and orientations of career selection of college students. The fourth part expounds the necessity of self-consciousness in college students' career selection. A thorough analysis of sound self-consciousness is a necessary factor for college students to develop their mental health, form personality and succeed in their career. The fifth part expounds the cultivation of self-consciousness of college students. From the social, family, school and college students themselves four aspects of sound self-awareness of the cultivation.
