平顶山学院转型现状与存在问题研究

【摘要】:新建本科院校是二十一世纪初期按照国家发展战略大力兴建的一批地方本科院校,他们主要是由地方专科院校晋升或者合并发展起来的,主要承担地方本科人才培养的任务。与全国知名高校相比,这些院校基础相对较差,不管是在师资力量还是硬件条件上都有很大的差距,为了适应社会的发展和国家战略层次的要求,地方本科院校必须做出改革,迎接挑战。平顶山市是重工业能源城市,在环境影响和煤炭行业持续走低的形式下,平顶山市正朝着产业结构重新规划和发展路线转型改革的道路前进,学校作为人才培养的基地更是要找准方向,在改革的路上首当其冲。平顶山学院为地方本科高校,是国家发展战略的产物,更是服务于平顶山市经济发展的人才主要输出地。可以说学校的人才培养目标直接与平顶山市各行各业密切联系。如今在企业招工难,毕业生就业难的压力下,平顶山学院也要找到适合自己发展的道路,适应国家的战略发展,转型为技术应用大学。立足于当前国内外教育发展的大环境和目前国内高等院校选择转型发展的原因,以及一些地方新建院校要不要顺应转型发展潮流,要不要加快转型步伐和到底应该怎样具体有效的实施这一战略,在实施过程中又会遇到怎样的机遇与挑战等各项问题,在进行了较为系统的分析之后,并依据平顶山学院最近转型发展的三年进展,本人从学生、教师、学校、社会四个方面,利用问卷调查和走访的方式,对在转型发展过程中表现出好的一面和具体存在的问题展开研究,就平顶山学院向应用型本科转型具体提出四点问题,分别是:一、学生生源动力不足;二、教师对转型认识不深;三、学校对办学类型定位不够清晰;四、政府对人才引进支持力度不够。并对存在的问题提出一些建议,希望可以为平顶山学院的发展增光添彩。
[Abstract]:The newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities are a batch of local colleges and universities which were built vigorously according to the national development strategy in the early 21 century. They are mainly developed by the local colleges and universities, and they are mainly responsible for the task of cultivating local undergraduate talents. Compared with well-known colleges and universities in China, these colleges and universities are relatively poor in foundation, whether in terms of teacher strength or hardware conditions. In order to meet the needs of social development and national strategic level, local undergraduate colleges and universities must make reforms. Meet the challenge. Pingdingshan is a heavy industrial energy city. In the form of environmental impact and the continued decline of the coal industry, Pingdingshan is moving towards the road of restructuring and reforming its industrial structure and development route. School as a talent training base is to find the right direction, in the reform of the road bear the brunt. Pingdingshan University is a local undergraduate university, which is the product of national development strategy, and also the main export place of Pingdingshan economic development talent. It can be said that the school's personnel training goals and Pingdingshan City direct various industries are closely linked. Nowadays, under the pressure of employment difficulties and graduates' employment difficulties, Pingdingshan College should also find a way suitable for its own development, adapt to the strategic development of the country, and transform into a university of applied technology. Based on the current domestic and foreign educational development environment and the reasons why domestic colleges and universities choose to transform and develop, and whether some new local colleges and universities should conform to the trend of transformation and development, Whether to speed up the pace of transformation and how to implement this strategy effectively, and what opportunities and challenges will be encountered in the process of implementation, after a more systematic analysis, And according to the recent three years' progress in the transformation and development of Pingdingshan College, I made use of questionnaires and interviews from four aspects: students, teachers, schools, and society. This paper studies the positive aspects and specific problems in the process of transformation and development, and puts forward four specific problems in the transition from Pingdingshan University to applied undergraduate courses, which are as follows: first, lack of students' motivation; second, Teachers do not have a deep understanding of the transition; third, the orientation of the school type is not clear enough; fourth, the government does not support the introduction of talents. And put forward some suggestions to the existing problems, hoping to add glory to the development of Pingdingshan College.
