G学院基于核心竞争力的战略管理研究

【摘要】:在十余年间,通过中国民办高校创办者和教育教学管理者的不懈努力,民办教育内涵建设及综合实力不断增强。民办高校在现代大学制度建设、人才培养模式改革、人事制度改革、科研体制改革发展举措上不断创新,逐步形成了更加科学的专业设置,更具特色的学科发展,更符合社会发展的人才培养模式等。G学院作为江西省内颇具影响力的应用技术型民办高校,近年来,教学质量水平和学校生源状况有了飞速发展,根据学校十三五发展规划,计划努力在十三五末或十四五初升格为应用型本科高校。在不断建设与发展中,G学院的教育教学内涵建设及教育质量已初显成效,在省内同类院校中具备相对竞争优势。因此,本文立足战略管理和核心竞争力理论研究,对G学院发展现状进行SWOT分析,通过结合现实问题对G学院战略管理现状和问题进行概述,之后,通过从基础建设、学科建设和综合效益三个层面构建评价体系,对G学院“核心竞争力”发展水平和规划进行阐述,并在这些研究基础上,最后从科学管理策略、学科建设策略、科研建设策略、教师队伍建设、人才模式改革策略等方面着手对G学院战略管理水平提升提出策略。通过研究,本文认为目前民办高校核心竞争力以及战略管理的相关研究不断增加,并呈现出了良好的发展趋势,这充分反映民办高校在战略管理方面相关意识不断增强,这将对我国民办高校战略管理理论指导和实践发挥更加良好作用。通过针对G学院发展现状进行分析,并构建相关评价指标,笔者认为G学院在核心竞争力等方面已经具备一定优势。在推动G学院战略管理过程中,应该充分利用G学院核心竞争优势,弥补其中的不足,提升G学院战略管理水平。此外,通过对G学院核心竞争力分析认为,G学院应该明确自身战略管理目标,不断创新办学特色,把学校的发展战略与核心竞争力结合起来,让民办机制的显性因素和隐性因素有效的结合起来,在学校发展的战略当中发挥其应有的作用。
[Abstract]:In more than ten years, through the unremitting efforts of the founders and the education and teaching administrators of private colleges and universities in China, the connotation construction and comprehensive strength of private education have been continuously strengthened. Private colleges and universities are constantly innovating in the construction of modern university system, the reform of talent training mode, the reform of personnel system, the reform and development of scientific research system, and have gradually formed a more scientific professional setup and a more characteristic discipline development. As an influential private university in Jiangxi Province, the level of teaching quality and the source of students have developed rapidly in recent years, according to the 13th Five-Year Plan of the school. Plan to strive to be upgraded to an applied undergraduate college at the end of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan or the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan. In the process of continuous construction and development, the construction of educational connotation and quality of education in G college has shown initial results, and it has a comparative competitive advantage in the similar colleges and universities in the province. Therefore, based on the theoretical research of strategic management and core competitiveness, this paper makes SWOT analysis on the development status of G college, summarizes the present situation and problems of strategic management of G college by combining with practical problems, and then, through the foundation construction, This paper sets up an evaluation system from three aspects of discipline construction and comprehensive benefit, expounds the development level and planning of "core competence" in G college, and on the basis of these studies, finally, from the scientific management strategy, discipline construction strategy, scientific research construction strategy, the scientific research construction strategy. The construction of teachers and the reform strategy of talent model are put forward to improve the level of strategic management in G college. Through the research, this paper thinks that the core competence and the related research of the strategic management of the private colleges and universities are increasing and showing a good trend of development, which fully reflects the increasing awareness of the private universities in the strategic management. This will play a better role in the theoretical guidance and practice of private colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the development situation of G college and the construction of related evaluation indexes, the author thinks that G college has some advantages in core competitiveness and so on. In the process of promoting the strategic management of G college, we should make full use of the core competitive advantage of G college, make up for the deficiency among them, and improve the level of strategic management of G college. In addition, through the analysis of the core competence of the G college, the author thinks that the G college should define its own strategic management objectives, constantly innovate the characteristics of running a school, and combine the development strategy of the school with the core competitiveness. Let the dominant and recessive factors of the private mechanism combine effectively, and play its due role in the strategy of school development.
