高校思想政治理论课教学学生满意度调查研究
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory is the main channel of college students' ideological and political education, which undertakes the task of systematic Marxist theory education for college students, and plays an important role in the all-round development and healthy growth of college students. Student learning satisfaction is one of the important indicators of higher education management and evaluation. The course of ideological and political theory should take "becoming the course of students' satisfaction" as the direction of continuous improvement, and the index of college students' satisfaction should also be fully considered in teaching evaluation. Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities, to improve the course construction and to improve the teaching quality. Based on the theory of "need theory" and "people-oriented", the questionnaire of students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities is compiled. Then, through the method of empirical investigation, some students of five universities in Lanzhou are selected to carry on the questionnaire survey, and the data obtained from the survey are statistically analyzed by using SPSS23.0. On this basis, this paper analyzes and studies the present situation and influencing factors of the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to promote the present situation. First of all, the connotation of satisfaction and college students satisfaction is interpreted, and the theoretical basis of the study is explained. This study is mainly based on the theory of Marxist needs, Maslow's theory of need, the concepts of "human text" and "student-centered", so as to understand their real needs in depth in order to meet their needs. Secondly, a satisfaction questionnaire is made and student sample is selected to investigate and analyze the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities. Through reading and sorting out relevant documents and interviews with students, the questionnaire was finally determined, including "teacher in class", "teaching attitude", "teaching content", "teaching method", "teaching skill", "examination method", Curriculum value, 7 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators, as well as two dimensions of satisfaction and expectation. The third and fourth grade students of five universities in Lanzhou were selected to carry out the investigation, and the data were processed by statistical software to obtain the situation of satisfaction and expectation, so as to form the coordinate system of expectation and satisfaction. The satisfaction degree of each index is analyzed systematically. Thirdly, using the data statistics software to analyze the influencing factors of ideological and political theory teaching satisfaction. By means of single factor variance analysis and independent sample T test, this paper analyzes the influence of college students' own factors, classroom and curriculum factors, teachers' factors and school factors on students' satisfaction. It is concluded that the main factors influencing the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching are the students' learning attitude, the political outlook of the students, the number of students in the classroom and the time of class. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching. In view of the problems existing in the present situation, this paper considers the influencing factors and improves the students' satisfaction in ideological and political theory teaching from three aspects. First, to strengthen the students' identity to the curriculum; second, to strengthen the comprehensive quality of teachers; third, to optimize the ideological and political theory teaching process.
