【摘要】：正协调发展与依法治校在内涵、目的、原则上具有一致性。贯彻落实以协调发展理念为指导的依法治理是大学理性治理的具体表现。按规律办教育,以国家教育法规和大学章程为总纲建制度。协调发展理念作为指导"十三五"时期我国发展全局的五大发展理念之一,是对马克思主义关于协调发展理论的创造性运用,是对我国科学发展观和统筹发展理念的传承和创新。习近平总书记指出:"统筹兼顾是中国共产党的一个科学方法论。它的哲学内涵就是马克思主义辩证法。"以协调发展理念为指导
[Abstract]:The connotation, purpose and principle of coordinating development and running schools according to law are consistent. It is the concrete manifestation of rational governance of university to carry out the legal governance guided by the concept of coordinated development. According to the law of education, to state educational regulations and university regulations for the general principles of the establishment of the system. As one of the five major development concepts guiding the overall development of our country during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the concept of coordinated development is the creative application of Marxism's theory of coordinated development.
