基于多方位比较的大学综合特色目标的设定

【摘要】：我国大学特色目标是一种单一的解决办学同质化的特色目标,这种单一的特色目标的设定,不利于大学传承、提升国家共享文化功能发挥,有碍大学理念的彰显和大学的分类发展。为了避免单一的大学特色目标设定所带来的负面效应,我国大学应从多方位比较的角度来设定综合特色目标。综合特色目标的主要内容有:彰显国家共享文化特色、彰显大学理念特色、彰显大学的类特色和校本化特色,各方面内容之间存在不同层面、不同方向的制约与体现关系,是一个有机的整体。实现大学综合特色目标设定的基本路径有:多学科、多视角、结合大学具体内外环境的综合特色发展目标研究的引领;明晰大学综合特色发展目标设定的主体结构;完善大学综合特色发展目标设定的政策和外部制度。
[Abstract]:The characteristic goal of university in our country is a single characteristic goal to solve the homogenization of running a school. The setting of this single characteristic goal is not conducive to the inheritance of the university and the promotion of the function of sharing culture in the country. It hinders the demonstration of the idea of university and the development of the classification of university. In order to avoid the negative effect brought by the single university characteristic goal setting, our universities should set the comprehensive characteristic goal from the angle of multi-directional comparison. The main contents of the comprehensive characteristic goal are as follows: to highlight the national shared cultural characteristics, to highlight the characteristics of the university concept, to highlight the characteristics of the class and the school-based characteristics of the university, to have different levels among the various aspects of the contents, and to restrict and embody the relations in different directions. Is an organic whole. The basic ways to realize the goal of university comprehensive characteristic are as follows: multidisciplinary, multi-angle of view, the guidance of the research on the comprehensive characteristic development goal of the university combined with the specific internal and external environment of the university, the clarity of the main body structure of the university comprehensive characteristic development goal; Perfect the policy and external system of the university comprehensive characteristic development goal setting.
