广西普通本科院校创业教育课程现状研究
[Abstract]:In the stage of popularization of higher education, the mode of education changes from elite education to mass education, which can promote the diversity of higher education. In recent years, with the increasing attention of the country to the training of innovative entrepreneurial talents, strengthening entrepreneurship education on the agenda, entrepreneurship education curriculum construction has begun to become the focus of attention at all levels of colleges and universities. Curriculum is the core of school education and the carrier of teaching activities. Whether the curriculum of entrepreneurship education is scientific or not affects the quality of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities. The research on the curriculum of entrepreneurship education is of great significance in cultivating innovative talents, improving the quality of education, serving the regional economy and highlighting the characteristics of running schools. This study analyzes the necessity of entrepreneurship education by expounding the background of the development of entrepreneurship education. Taking eight ordinary undergraduate colleges in Guangxi as an example, this paper investigates the present situation and existing problems of entrepreneurship education curriculum in Guangxi, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the entrepreneurship education curriculum in Guangxi ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. This research is divided into the following five parts: the first part mainly describes the question of this study, research significance, research methods, and domestic and foreign related research carding, analysis of related concepts and other basic content. In the second part, eight colleges and universities in Guangxi are selected to investigate the current situation of entrepreneurship education curriculum, to understand the course offering situation, to grasp the basic views and suggestions of students and teachers on entrepreneurship education curriculum. Through analysis and induction, the author points out the existing problems, such as the assimilation of curriculum objectives, the simplification of curriculum contents, the imbalance of curriculum structure, the weakness of teachers' strength and the absence of evaluation system. The third part analyzes the causes of the problems of entrepreneurship education in eight colleges and universities in Guangxi, and explores the source of the problems. It includes the influence of curriculum objectives on commonness and personality, curriculum content over theory and practice, curriculum structure and curriculum over course, teachers' strength over quantity and quality, cognition level: concept ossification, consciousness tradition. The fourth part is based on the reality of regional economy and society, and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the course of entrepreneurship education in Guangxi ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. Improvement strategies include: clear curriculum objectives to meet the needs of development; optimize the curriculum content into professional characteristics; improve the curriculum structure to promote the pluralistic development; strengthen the teaching staff, improve the quality of education; improve the evaluation system, improve the level of management. The security strategies include: from the school field, should base on the regional economy, update the educational concept; set up an organization to provide institutional security; create a cultural atmosphere, create an entrepreneurial environment; integrate national culture, cast the advantages of running a school. From the government field, we should make regional policy, build the environment of entrepreneurship, strengthen the supervision and guide, and perfect the evaluation system. From the enterprise field, pay attention to the education platform, provide economic support, strengthen the cooperation between industry and school, and realize the win-win situation between school and enterprise. The fifth part summarizes the prospects, summarizes the results of this study and points out the shortcomings.
