高校网络思想政治教育的现实困境及对策研究

【摘要】：自从上个世纪90年代网络传入中国以来,互联网在中国的发展走过了二十几个年头。网络技术也在不断的革新,从有线式宽带连接网络到如今移动互联网,对人们的生活、工作都产生了翻天覆地的变化,特别是对网络并不陌生的当代大学生来说,网络似乎成了他们的一种学习方式、生活方式、表达方式,极大地丰富了大学生的精神世界需要。在这种网络信息化的大浪潮下,为高校思想政治教育转型带来了新的发展机遇,高校网络思想政治教育也应运而生。然而,网络思想政治教育效果却不是很显著,在校园网络的建立与新媒体的运用,以及网络课程的开发等教育实践中出现了很多问题。本文从当前高校网络思想政治教育的研究与发展形势出发,根据目前高校网络思想政治教育所遇到的现实困境,结合当前网络时代发展特征,对于进一步提高高校网络思想政治教育的实效性提出了相应对策。本文主要包括以下五个部分:第一部:引言。主要论述了研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容及方法,最后对于本文的创新点做了重点说明。第二部分:网络思想政治教育的相关概述。阐释网络想政治教育的概念;系统分析了当前网络思想政治教育课堂网络教学形式与课下网络教育平台;分别阐释了网络空间的开放性、主客体之间的及时互动性、教育信息的形象性、网络教育方式的多样性等特征。第三部分:高校开展网络思想政治教育的意义。从信息时代社会发展的必然要求、高校思想政治教育与时俱进教育理念的必然选择、大学生全面发展的内在要求这三个方面,分析高校开展网络思想政治教育的必要性。第四部分:目前高校网络思想政治教育的现实困境。目前,课堂网络平台覆盖率不高,软件设施滞后;课下网络教育平台运用较少;教育主客体互动性不强;网络不良信息冲击教育主题的困境。导致以上问题的原因,由于部分高校对于网络课程建设的重视程度不够;网站功能模块不健全,新载体运用不足;教育主体网络运用水平参差不齐,影响网络教育效果;网络教育内容设计缺乏吸引力;网络信息监督不到位,造成不良信息出现。第五部分:提高高校网络思想政治教育实效性的对策。从以下三个方面重点提高高校网络思想政治教育实效性的对策,完善网络教育平台建设,拓展网络新载体;提高思政课教师的网络运用能力和水平;积极引导大学生的网络自主学习能力。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of the Internet into China in the 1990s, the development of the Internet in China has gone through more than 20 years. Network technology is also constantly innovating, from wired broadband connection network to today's mobile Internet, to people's life and work have produced a world-shaking change, especially to the contemporary college students who are no strangers to the network. Network seems to have become a way of learning, life, expression, greatly enriched the spiritual needs of college students. Under the tide of network information, the transformation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has brought new opportunities for development, and network ideological and political education in colleges and universities has emerged as the times require. However, the effect of network ideological and political education is not very remarkable. There are many problems in the establishment of campus network and the application of new media, as well as the development of network curriculum. Based on the current situation of the research and development of the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, according to the practical difficulties encountered by the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present, this paper combines the characteristics of the development of the current network age. To further improve the effectiveness of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This article mainly includes the following five parts: the first part: introduction. This paper mainly discusses the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research content and methods, and finally the innovation of this paper is emphasized. The second part: the related summary of network ideological and political education. This paper explains the concept of network ideological and political education, systematically analyzes the current network teaching form of network ideological and political education classroom and the platform of offline network education. The opening of cyberspace, the timely interaction between subject and object, the visualization of educational information and the diversity of network education methods are explained respectively. The third part: the significance of carrying out network ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out network ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the following three aspects: the inevitable requirement of social development in the information age, the inevitable choice of the educational idea of advancing with the times in colleges and universities, and the inherent requirements of the all-round development of college students. The fourth part: the realistic predicament of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities. At present, the coverage of classroom network platform is not high, the software facilities lag behind; the use of network education platform is less; the interaction between the subject and object of education is not strong; the difficult position of network bad information impacts the education theme. The reasons for the above problems are that some colleges and universities pay less attention to the network course construction; the function module of the website is not perfect, the new carrier is not used enough, the level of network application of the main body of education is not uniform, and the effect of network education is affected. The network education content design lacks the attraction, the network information supervision is not in place, causes the bad information to appear. The fifth part: the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities. From the following three aspects, we should focus on improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, improve the construction of network education platform, expand the new network carrier, improve the ability and level of network application of ideological and political teachers. Actively guide college students to learn independently on the network.
