应用型本科院校实践教学体系建设研究

【摘要】：应用型本科院校想要实现应用型人才培养目标,就需要在抓好理论教学的同时更加注重实践教学。因此建立完善的实践教学体系是应用型本科院校培养人才的重要前提。论文在研究实践教学相关理论的基础上,分析了应用型本科院校实践教学体系包括实践教学目标、实践教学内容、实践教学管理、实践教学保障和实践教学评价等要素。通过研究发现,我国应用型本科院校实践教学体系还不完善,存在诸多问题,严重影响了实践教学的效果及应用型人才培养的质量。如何建设科学合理的应用型本科院校实践教学体系是论文研究的重点。汲取国内外研究的理念与经验,论文提出了应用型本科院校实践教学体系建设的主要举措。应用型本科院校要明确实践教学目标、动态调整实践教学内容、灵活使用教学手段和方法、加强实践教师队伍建设、创新实践教学过程性管理、强化实践教学保障体系和完善评价体系等举措逐步优化实践教学体系,提高学生实践能力。论文选取了在实践教学体系建设方面理念超前、做法先进、成果丰硕且在国内具有较大影响力的应用型本科院校齐齐哈尔工程学院为实证研究,并对其进行理论指导。齐齐哈尔工程学院重视实践教学,确立实践教学的主体地位。按照“三化”原则设计实践教学,通过团队式培育,实现“教学做合一、政校企合作、产学研一体”,培育学生法人企业,提高学生的工程实践能力。通过实证研究为应用型本科院校进一步优化实践教学培养应用型人才提供重要的理论支持,也为同类院校提供可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the goal of cultivating applied talents, applied colleges and universities need to pay more attention to practice teaching while doing well in theory teaching. Therefore, the establishment of a sound practical teaching system is an important prerequisite for the cultivation of talents in applied colleges and universities. On the basis of studying the relevant theories of practical teaching, this paper analyzes the elements of practical teaching system in applied undergraduate colleges, such as practical teaching goal, practical teaching content, practical teaching management, practical teaching guarantee and practical teaching evaluation. Through the research, it is found that the practical teaching system of applied undergraduate colleges is not perfect, and there are many problems, which seriously affect the effect of practical teaching and the quality of cultivation of applied talents. How to build a scientific and reasonable practical teaching system is the focus of the thesis. Drawing on the research ideas and experiences at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the main measures of practical teaching system construction in applied undergraduate colleges. Practical colleges and universities should make clear the goal of practical teaching, dynamically adjust the content of practical teaching, flexibly use teaching methods and methods, strengthen the construction of practical teachers, and innovate the process management of practical teaching. Strengthen the practice teaching guarantee system and perfect the evaluation system, optimize the practice teaching system step by step, improve the students' practice ability. This paper selects Qiqihar Institute of Engineering, an applied undergraduate college, which has advanced ideas, advanced practices, fruitful achievements and great influence in China, as an empirical study, and gives theoretical guidance to it. Qiqihar Institute of Engineering attaches importance to practical teaching and establishes the main position of practical teaching. According to the principle of "three modernizations", the author designs the practice teaching, through the team cultivation, realizes "the combination of teaching and practice, the cooperation of government, school and enterprise, and the integration of production, learning and research", so as to cultivate the students' corporate enterprises and improve the students' engineering practice ability. The empirical research provides important theoretical support for the further optimization of practical teaching and training of applied talents, and also provides reference experience for similar colleges and universities.
