信用管理专业人才培养质量影响因素研究
[Abstract]:With the construction of social credit system, the development of credit era and credit industry, the demand for credit management talents is increasing day by day. The cultivation of credit management talents has become one of the driving forces to promote the development of social credit. However, China's credit management education started late, and its development is relatively slow, which can not meet the needs of the market for credit management personnel. The cultivation of credit management talents has become the "bottleneck" of the construction of the current social credit system. Therefore, deeply studying the main factors and mechanism of influencing the training quality of credit management talents can promote the training quality of credit management talents, promote the development of credit management discipline, and promote the level of credit management education. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the contingent of credit management talents. In this paper, the theory of talent theory, the theory of system theory and the theory of quality view are used as the theoretical guidance. The theoretical analysis part: through the literature analysis of influencing factors and measuring indexes of talent training quality, combined with the current situation of talent training in credit management major at home and abroad, and fully considering the characteristics and training needs of credit management talents, through the discussion of the subject group, Experts interview, literature reading to identify the training content, training system, teacher literacy, student literacy and campus environment five major factors, and build credit management professional talent training quality measurement index. Empirical analysis: on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper constructs a hypothetical model and puts forward five research hypotheses, and designs an initial questionnaire for research hypotheses. SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to carry out exploratory factor analysis on the data of pre-survey questionnaire, and the reliability and validity test were carried out to verify the influence of various factors on the quality of culture. After factor analysis and expert group discussion, the factors whose load is less than 0.5 in the initial questionnaire are eliminated, and the individual questions are modified appropriately to form a formal questionnaire. The formal questionnaire was distributed to credit management students and 342 valid questionnaires were collected. The hypothesis was verified by exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression model, and the five hypotheses were verified by regression model. Five factors have a significant positive impact on the training of credit management professionals. Finally, according to the results of empirical data research, this paper puts forward some enlightening suggestions on how to improve the training quality of credit management professionals, and points out the lack of research and the direction of future research.
