微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:自微博、微信、微电影、微公益等微媒介诞生以来,给人们的工作、学习、生活等方面带来了深刻而广泛的影响,因而逐渐形成了一种“微”而不微的新兴网络文化——微文化。大学生作为思想活跃、善于接受新事物的群体,对微媒介更是爱不释手,刷微博、发朋友圈等“微”行为逐渐成为大学生的生活常态。微文化对大学生群体的渗透给大学生的思想和心理,甚至行为方式带来了巨大影响,与此同时也对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的挑战。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,“做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。”面对微文化高速发展的时代背景,高校思想政治教育工作者只有在正确认识微文化给大学生所带来的影响的基础上,抢占微文化阵地,充分利用微信、微博等微媒介开展思想政治教育工作,才能应对“微”时代对大学生思想政治教育带来的挑战。本文主要通过文献研究法、实践研究法、数据研究法、比较研究法等多种研究方法,从微文化的产生与发展、概念、时代特征入手,分析微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育存在的新问题,带来的新契机、新挑战等,从而尝试探讨怎样应对微文化给大学生思想政治教育工作带来的挑战,以及怎样充分利用微文化解决当前大学生思想政治教育存在的问题等。全文分为五个部分:第一部分主要介绍本文的研究背景及意义,对国内外有关微文化与大学生思想政治教育的研究文献、主要观点做一梳理,从而引出本文的研究方向。第二部分首先对微文化的产生过程做一梳理、对微文化的内涵做一界定,并指出微文化的时代特征及兴起的原因;紧接着概括出基于社交、文化、商业及其他功能形成的几类微文化,以及微文化在大学生思想政治教育中的价值导向、群体凝聚、心理构建和资源共享功能。第三部分主要对微文化背景下大学生自身思想心理及高校思想政治教育存在的问题展开论述,并对问题的根源进行剖析。第四部分指出了微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育面临的挑战和机遇,为第五部分如何利用和应对微文化提供依据和启示。第五部分是针对微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育进行的对策研究,包括微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育工作的基本原则、构建微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育新环境、打造微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育新载体和加强主、客体的媒介素养教育。本文研究的创新点除研究视角的创新外,还有第二部分中对微文化相关理论的探究,尤其是对微文化概念的界定和对微文化的分类,是本文的一大亮点。另外本文的第五部分是整个研究的重中之重,分别从原则、环境、载体、主客体四个方面探讨了微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育的对策,以期为微文化背景下大学生思想政治教育实际工作提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of Weibo, WeChat, micro-film, micro-public welfare and other micro-media, it has brought profound and extensive influence to people's work, study, life and so on. Thus gradually formed a "micro" and not micro-emerging network culture-micro-culture. As a group of active thinking and good at accepting new things, college students love micromedia, brush Weibo, hair friends and other "micro-behavior" gradually become the normal life of college students. The infiltration of micro-culture to the group of college students has brought great influence to their thoughts and psychology, even to their behavior, and at the same time, it has also posed a new challenge to the ideological and political education of college students. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities that "to do ideological and political work well in colleges and universities, we should change it according to things, move forward from time to time, and be new because of the situation." Faced with the background of the rapid development of microculture, the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities only have a correct understanding of the impact of microculture on college students, seize the position of micro-culture, and make full use of WeChat. Only when Weibo and other micromedia carry out ideological and political education can they meet the challenge brought by the "micro" era to the ideological and political education of college students. This article mainly through the literature research method, the practice research method, the data research method, the comparison research method and so on many kinds of research methods, starting from the micro-culture generation and the development, the concept, the time characteristic, This paper analyzes the new problems, opportunities and challenges of college students' ideological and political education under the background of micro-culture, and tries to explore how to deal with the challenges brought by micro-culture to the ideological and political education of college students. And how to make full use of micro-culture to solve the current ideological and political education of college students and so on. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, domestic and foreign research literature on micro-culture and ideological and political education of college students, the main points of view, thus leading to the research direction of this paper. The second part firstly combs the process of micro-culture, defines the connotation of micro-culture, and points out the characteristics of micro-culture and the reasons for its rise. Then it summarizes several kinds of micro-culture based on social, cultural, commercial and other functions, as well as the value orientation, group cohesion, psychological construction and resource sharing function of micro-culture in the ideological and political education of college students. The third part mainly discusses the ideological psychology of college students and the existing problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of micro-culture, and analyzes the root of the problems. The fourth part points out the challenges and opportunities faced by college students' ideological and political education under the background of micro-culture, and provides the basis and inspiration for how to use and deal with micro-culture in the fifth part. The fifth part is the countermeasure research on the college students' ideological and political education under the microcultural background, including the basic principles of the university students' ideological and political education work under the microcultural background, and the construction of the new environment of the college students' ideological and political education under the microcultural background. Creating a new carrier of college students' ideological and political education and strengthening the media literacy education of subject and object under the background of micro culture. In addition to the innovation of the angle of view, the second part of this paper explores the related theories of microculture, especially the definition of the concept of microculture and the classification of microculture, which is one of the highlights of this paper. In addition, the fifth part of this paper is the most important part of the whole research, from four aspects of principle, environment, carrier, subject and object, it discusses the countermeasures of college students' ideological and political education under the background of micro-culture. In order to provide reference for the practical work of ideological and political education of college students under the background of micro culture.
