高校青年教师思想政治素质培养研究

【摘要】:高等教育是为我国未来发展建设提供和输送高精尖人才的阵地,而高校的发展很大程度上有赖于高校教师的“质量”,其中青年教师作为高校教师的中坚力量,对高校综合实力的增长起到至关重要的作用,甚至还对我国的高等教育事业冲出国门,走向世界,建设世界“双一流大学”也起到推动作用。近年来,高校青年教师的数量呈显著的增长趋势,尤其是大批刚刚毕业的青年人逐渐步入高校,承担举足轻重的教学任务和管理职务,而高校青年教师作为大学生走向成熟的“引路人”,他们无论是在学术水平,还是思想政治素质等方面都应该是学生学习的榜样。随着改革开放的深入,少数教师的三观出现很“微妙”的变化。青年教师为高校教师队伍注入了 “新鲜血液”,俨然成为了高校教师队伍中的中坚力量,由于他们的年龄也不会比普通大学生高出很多,换句话说就是他们之间的“代沟”相对年长的老师要小很多,他们的思维方式、人格品质乃至处事行为也更容易对大学生的思维和行为产生重要影响。因此,加强青年教师的思想政治素质势在必行。本文通过搜索相关文献以及进行问卷调查对现阶段我国青年教师思想政治素质进行研究和分析,旨在为改善我国高校青年教师思想政治素质培养工作献计献策。第一部分:绪论。该部分首先简单阐述了本文的研究背景,其次讨论了以高校青年教师思想政治素质的培养作为研究对象究竟具有哪些现实意义,再次简要介绍了国内和国外在这方面的相关学术成果以及本文的研究思路和方法,最后根据所查阅的文献资料提出了本文的创新点。第二部分:本章为高校青年教师思想政治教育培养的概述,在该部分中首先对相关概念作出了阐释,最后从国家、高校、青年教师自身三个方面分析了对高校青年教师思想政治素质进行培养的意义。第三部分:结合笔者发出的调查问卷的反馈结果,简要分析了高校青年教师的思想现状,以及高校在青年教师思想政治素质培养工作上的现实状况。第四部分:该部分为本文的核心部分,主要从国家、高校、教师自身三个层面提出相关的对策。首先,国家要提高对青年教师思想政治素质培养的重视;其次,高校应该在培养方式、内容、机制和环境四方面进行改进和加强;最后,青年教师也要重视自身的心理层面是否有异常,要多学习和借鉴国内外的优秀经验,提升自我。
[Abstract]:Higher education is the front to provide and transport high caliber talents for the future development of our country, and the development of colleges and universities depends to a great extent on the "quality" of university teachers, among which young teachers are the backbone of university teachers. It plays an important role in the growth of the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities, and even promotes the cause of higher education in our country to go out of the country, to go to the world and to build a "double first-class university" in the world. In recent years, the number of young teachers in colleges and universities has shown a significant growth trend. Especially, a large number of young people who have just graduated have gradually entered the universities, taking on important teaching tasks and management duties. As the "guide" to the maturity of college students, the young teachers in colleges and universities, whether in academic level or ideological and political quality, should be an example for students to learn. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the three views of a few teachers appear very subtle changes. Young teachers have injected "fresh blood" into the ranks of college teachers, and have become the backbone of the teaching force in colleges and universities, because they are not much older than ordinary college students. In other words, the "generation gap" between them is much smaller than that of older teachers, and their way of thinking, personality and even behavior are more likely to have an important impact on the thinking and behavior of college students. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the ideological and political quality of young teachers. This paper studies and analyzes the ideological and political quality of young teachers in our country by searching the relevant documents and making a questionnaire survey in order to make suggestions for improving the cultivation of ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities. Part one: introduction. This part briefly expounds the research background of this paper, and then discusses the practical significance of cultivating the ideological and political quality of young college teachers as the object of study. Then it briefly introduces the domestic and foreign academic achievements in this field, as well as the research ideas and methods of this paper, and finally puts forward the innovation points of this paper according to the literature. The second part: this chapter is an overview of the ideological and political education of young college teachers. In this part, the related concepts are first explained, and finally, from the state, universities, colleges, universities, colleges and universities, This paper analyzes the significance of cultivating the ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities from three aspects. The third part: based on the feedback results of the questionnaire, the author briefly analyzes the ideological status of young teachers in colleges and universities, as well as the reality of the ideological and political quality training of young teachers in colleges and universities. Part IV: this part is the core part of this paper, mainly from the country, colleges and universities, teachers themselves three levels of relevant countermeasures. Firstly, the state should pay more attention to the cultivation of the ideological and political quality of young teachers; secondly, colleges and universities should improve and strengthen the training methods, contents, mechanism and environment. Finally, young teachers should pay attention to their psychological level, learn more and learn from the excellent experience at home and abroad, improve themselves.
