试论应用型人才培养体系的建构

【摘要】：提高人才培养质量是高校紧迫的核心任务。人才培养是一项复杂系统工程,其质量由人才培养工作各要素形成的总体合力决定。本文从如何看待人才培养、培养什么人、如何培养人、由谁培养人、如何保障培养人和学生想成为什么人等六个方面进行了系统阐述,以期在育人主体——学校层面构建应用型人才培养体系。
[Abstract]:Improving the quality of talent training is an urgent core task in colleges and universities. Talent training is a complex systematic project, and its quality is determined by the overall resultant force formed by the elements of talent training. This paper expounds systematically how to train talents, what people to cultivate, how to train people, how to guarantee the cultivation of people and who students want to be. In order to educate the main body-school level to build a practical talent training system.
