师范类大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】：师范类院校因其培养目标的特殊性而在高等教育中占重要地位,其主要职能是向社会输送各级各类学校所需的合格师资和教育工作者。而师范类大学生的就业状况是衡量师范类院校人才培养机制是否适应社会需求的一项重要指标。自市场经济建立与发展到高等院校的招生、人才培养以及就业之中,高校毕业生的就业便逐渐显露出一些问题。从2012年我国经济发展逐步进入“新常态”下,原本愈演愈热的大学生就业问题更是雪上加霜,师范类院校大学生作为高校大学生群体的一个部分,其就业形势也受到了严峻的挑战。这给师范类院校的人才培养模式和就业工作以及毕业生职业生涯的发展提出了新的定位与要求。文章对师范院校毕业生的就业现状进行了调查分析,全面论述了师范院校毕业生就业中存在的困难及原因并提出了相应解决对策。指出师范院校毕业生应从主观上摒弃各种传统的就业观念,树立正确的人生观和价值观,从中国国情和教育发展现状出发,把就业目光投向真正需要他们担当历史重任的地方,做到就业“重心下移”。客观上,师范类大学生能否实现充分就业,是由人才供给与市场的需求是否平衡决定的。所以,要从根本上破解师范院校毕业生就业难题,就必须推进师范类专业合理设置与师范类院校的转型发展,这是从根本上遏制就业问题的重要举措。同时,针对目前社会在促进师范院校毕业生就业过程中存在的问题,作者认为应当进一步强化政府在师范院校毕业生就业方面的责任,促进师范院校毕业生充分就业。这些举措不仅关系到教育事业改革与发展的成败,也事关全面建设小康社会目标的顺利推进与如期实现。
[Abstract]:Normal colleges play an important role in higher education because of the particularity of their training goals. Their main function is to transport qualified teachers and educators needed by all kinds of schools to the society. The employment status of normal college students is an important index to measure whether the talent training mechanism of normal colleges and universities can meet the needs of the society. Since the establishment and development of market economy to the enrollment of colleges and universities, talent training and employment, the employment of college graduates has gradually revealed some problems. Since the economic development of our country gradually entered the "new normal" in 2012, the problem of employment of college students, which had been getting hotter and hotter, has become even worse. As a part of the group of college students, the students of normal colleges and universities have become a part of the group of college students. Its employment situation has also been severely challenged. This puts forward new orientation and requirements for the training mode of talents, employment and the development of graduates' career in normal colleges and universities. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present employment situation of the graduates of normal colleges and universities, discusses the difficulties and causes existing in the employment of graduates of normal colleges and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It is pointed out that normal college graduates should abandon all kinds of traditional concepts of employment subjectively, set up correct outlook on life and values, set out from the current situation of China and the present situation of education development, and turn their attention to the places where they are really needed to bear the heavy historical responsibility. So that the employment "center of gravity shift down". Objectively speaking, whether normal college students can achieve full employment depends on the balance of talent supply and market demand. Therefore, in order to solve the employment problem of graduates of normal colleges, we must promote the rational setting of teachers' majors and the transformation and development of normal colleges, which is an important measure to curb the employment problem fundamentally. At the same time, in view of the problems existing in the process of promoting the graduates' employment in normal colleges, the author holds that the government should further strengthen the responsibility of the government in the employment of graduates of normal colleges and universities, and promote the graduates of normal colleges to obtain full employment. These measures are not only related to the success or failure of educational reform and development, but also related to the smooth promotion and realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
