A高校创业教育管理现状及对策研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of college graduates in our country has been increasing year after year, which has sent a large number of talented people to the society. However, in this process, there has also been a certain problem of employment pressure, especially since entering the new period, with the advancement of the education reform in colleges and universities. How to cultivate practical talents for the society is also related to the core competitiveness of the development of colleges and universities. Under this background, entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities has received extensive attention. It plays an important role in cultivating entrepreneurial talents and enhancing the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. Especially in the context of encouraging college students to start a business, colleges and universities actively carry out entrepreneurship education in line with the actual situation of our country, train entrepreneurial talents for the society, encourage college students to start a business, and start a business among the masses. In this respect, University entrepreneurship plays an important role. It should also be noted that there are still some outstanding problems in the development of entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities in China in recent years, and some colleges and universities have not realized the importance and core connotation of entrepreneurship education. It has not established a perfect management system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which to a great extent affects the management effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. This article takes A university as an example, carries on the research to its entrepreneurship education management question. In the introduction part, the research background and significance, the current research progress, the main research contents and research methods are explained. The second part expounds the related concepts and theories of entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities, and points out the importance of promoting the development of entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities. The third part takes the A university as an example and points out the progress in the management of entrepreneurship education in A university, including the positive development of the coordinating role of the management department of entrepreneurship education and the full implementation of the entrepreneurship education curriculum. School-enterprise cooperation to promote entrepreneurship education in an orderly manner, entrepreneurial education activities, and so on. At the same time, it points out the problems in the management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, mainly because the orientation of entrepreneurship education management is not clear, the management environment of entrepreneurship education is not good, the students' awareness of entrepreneurship is not strong, and the management method of entrepreneurship education is relatively simple. Lack of high-quality professional entrepreneurial education and management of teachers and so on. On this basis, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which are mainly due to the insufficient support of entrepreneurship policy for college students, the poor social entrepreneurial environment, and the imperfect service system of entrepreneurship education and so on. The fourth part discusses how to strengthen the management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Mainly from clearly positioning the management target of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, creating a good management environment of internal entrepreneurship education, strengthening the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial awareness, enriching the management methods of entrepreneurship education, and establishing a high level teaching staff of entrepreneurship education and management. It is of practical significance to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of entrepreneurship education in A colleges and universities at six macro levels and some specific operational levels such as other supporting measures. In the fifth part, the conclusion of this study is summarized, and the future research is prospected.
