高校技术转移模式的新趋势:公私合营探究

【摘要】：高校技术转移转化工作是高校现阶段的工作重点,是当前国家创新创业体系的重要组成部分。高校科技成果转移转化具有高投入、高风险、高收入等特性,成果转移模式的选择显得尤为重要。在众多高校技术转移模式中,公私合营模式渐渐显示出其优势,引起众多学者的关注,现阶段我国学术界对其研究还处于探索阶段。
[Abstract]:The work of technology transfer and transformation in colleges and universities is an important part of the current national innovation and entrepreneurship system. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has the characteristics of high investment, high risk and high income, so it is very important to choose the mode of transfer of scientific and technological achievements. Among the technology transfer models in colleges and universities, the public-private joint venture model gradually shows its advantages and attracts the attention of many scholars. At the present stage, the research on it is still in the exploratory stage in the academic circles of our country.
