工作室创业教育模式:内涵、优势及展望

【摘要】：工作室创业教育模式是保证高校创业教育有效性的重要途径,具有实现创业教育与专业教育紧密结合、营造创业教育生态系统,推动创新创业人才培养再组织化等优势。该模式通过确立创业教育分类培养目标,以创业技能训练为核心,突出培养内容"模块化"与培养成果可评价,有效创造了创业教育链,提升了高校创业教育的效果。改进高校工作室创业教育,要开发配套课程,树立典型进行推广,以项目带动创业教育可持续发展,并通过加强创业教育与专业教育结合研究,改进创业教育评价,形成良好的创业教育生态。
[Abstract]:Studio entrepreneurship education model is an important way to ensure the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. It has the advantages of realizing the close combination of entrepreneurship education and professional education, creating an ecological system of entrepreneurship education, and promoting the cultivation and re-organization of innovative entrepreneurial talents. By establishing the classified training goal of entrepreneurship education, taking entrepreneurial skill training as the core, emphasizing the "modularization" of training content and the evaluability of training results, the model can effectively create the chain of entrepreneurship education and improve the effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. In order to improve the entrepreneurship education in the studios of colleges and universities, it is necessary to develop a complete set of courses, set up a typical model to promote the sustainable development of entrepreneurship education, and improve the evaluation of entrepreneurship education by strengthening the research on the combination of entrepreneurship education and professional education. Form a good entrepreneurship education ecology.
