大学组织学习的困境与出路

【摘要】:大学组织学习是大学作为学术共同体为了与不断变化的外部环境保持一致,在实现大学职能的过程中,进行整体创造知识、改善行为和优化体系的过程。大学通过反馈学习、变革学习和深度学习等不同形式的学习对大学的运行机制、组织结构和治理理念产生影响。当前大学组织学习面临思维滞后、主体错位和知识迷思等现实困境,推动大学组织学习的可能之道包括转变观念,注重开放系统的观念;优化体制,推进大学校长职业化;组织重建伦理,赋予组织知识的地位。
[Abstract]:University organizational learning is a process in which the university, as an academic community, creates knowledge, improves behavior and optimizes the system in order to keep consistent with the changing external environment and to realize the functions of the university. Different forms of learning, such as feedback learning, transformational learning and in-depth learning, have an impact on the operational mechanism, organizational structure and governance concept of the university. At present, the university organizational learning is faced with such practical difficulties as thinking lag, subject dislocation and knowledge myth. The possible ways to promote university organizational learning include changing ideas, paying attention to the concept of open system, optimizing the system, promoting the professionalization of university presidents, and so on. Organizational reconstruction ethics, giving the status of organizational knowledge.
