“少干计划”硕士研究生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：少干硕士研究生是少数民族的高层次人才,也是未来促进少数民族地区繁荣发展的重要力量,关注和加强这一群体的思想政治教育现状十分必要,本文从党和国家的民族理论与民族政策、中国特色社会主义核心价值观理论体系、思想政治教育方法论和多元文化教育的视野,运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法,探索“少干计划”硕士研究生思想政治教育的长效机制。全文共四个部分,首先,从促进少干硕士研究生全面发展、促进民族地区经济社会发展、维护祖国统一、培育核心价值观和实现“中国梦”的角度说明加强少数民族高层次骨干硕士研究生思想政治教育的重要性。其次,通过分析主体的多样性、客体的民族性、介体的针对性、环体的复杂性说明这一群体思想政治教育的特殊性。再次,对少数民族高层次骨干人才计划硕士研究生的思想政治状况进行了调查,摸清了这类群体政治状况、学习生活、心理健康、就业情况等基本情况;通过对这类群体的思想政治状况进行调查发现存在政治认同及民族认同具有盲目性和局限性、思想政治理论课实效不明显、管理制度需进一步完善、心理压力偏大等问题。最后,根据第三部分的问题找出解决对策,即坚持马克思主义宗教观、民族政策教育,坚持社会主义核心价值观教育,坚持中国特色社会主义理论教育;大力推进思想政治教育学科建设、创新思想政治教育教学方法、强化思想政治教育教师队伍建设;建立健全少干生管理制度、重视基层党建工作、加强心理健康工作、完善社会实践活动、加强就业指导和创业教育。“少干计划”硕士研究生的思想政治教育作为高等学校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,同时也是高校思想政治工作所面临的一个新课题,有着它自身独特的内涵。本人力图在前人研究成果的基础上,提升理论高度,更新思想观念,理清工作思路,以期建立起全方位、多层次、重实效的“少干计划”硕士研究生思想政治教育的长效机制。
[Abstract]:Junior graduate students are high-level talents of ethnic minorities, and they are also important forces to promote the prosperity and development of minority areas in the future. It is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen the present situation of ideological and political education of this group. This paper applies the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to the national theories and policies of the Party and the country, the theoretical system of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the methodology of ideological and political education and the multicultural education. To explore the long-term mechanism of ideological and political education for graduate students. The full text consists of four parts. First of all, from promoting the overall development of the graduate students, promoting the economic and social development of minority areas, and safeguarding the reunification of the motherland, The cultivation of core values and the realization of "Chinese Dream" illustrate the importance of strengthening ideological and political education of senior minority graduate students. Secondly, by analyzing the diversity of the subject, the nationality of the object, the pertinence of the intermediary and the complexity of the ring, the particularity of the ideological and political education of this group is explained. Thirdly, it investigates the ideological and political status of the graduate students of the high-level talents program of minority nationalities, and finds out the basic situation of this kind of group political situation, study life, mental health, employment situation and so on. Through the investigation of the ideological and political situation of this kind of groups, it is found that there are some problems such as political identity and national identity with blindness and limitation, the actual effect of ideological and political theory course is not obvious, the management system needs to be further improved, and the psychological pressure is on the high side. Finally, according to the third part of the problem to find out the solution, that is, adhere to the Marxist religious view, national policy education, adhere to the socialist core values education, adhere to the socialist theory of education with Chinese characteristics; Vigorously promote the subject construction of ideological and political education, innovate the teaching methods of ideological and political education, and strengthen the construction of the contingent of teachers of ideological and political education; We should establish and perfect the management system of fewer students, attach importance to the Party building at the grass-roots level, strengthen the work of mental health, perfect the social practice activities, strengthen the guidance of employment and the education of starting a business. As an important part of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the ideological and political education of the graduate students of the "less work Plan" is also a new subject facing the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, which has its own unique connotation. On the basis of the previous research results, I try hard to raise the theoretical height, renew the ideology and clear the working train of thought, so as to establish the long-term mechanism of the ideological and political education for the graduate students of the master's program of "less work plan", which is omnidirectional, multi-level and practical.
