就业引导教育融入高校人才培养过程的路径探析

【摘要】:就业引导教育既隶属于思想政治教育,又在不断丰富和发展思想政治教育。在人才培养过程中有机融入就业引导教育,符合高校办学使命,符合学生成长成才规律,也有利于实现人才资源的有效配置。当前就业引导教育还面临着诸多问题,在实现路径上需要积极搭建就业引导教育平台,促进第一与第二课堂有效结合,广泛整合资源,提升就业引导教育成效。
[Abstract]:Employment guidance education is not only subordinate to ideological and political education, but also enriches and develops ideological and political education. The integration of employment guidance education in the process of talent training is in line with the mission of running a university, the law of students' growth and talent, and the effective allocation of talent resources. At present, there are still many problems in employment guidance education. It is necessary to build the employment guidance education platform actively in the realization path, to promote the effective combination of the first and second classes, to integrate resources extensively, and to improve the effectiveness of employment guidance education.
